I stayed at Come On Inn from Sunday the 22nd to Monday the 23rd as a registered guest. I am from out of state and had a connecting room because my family was visiting to swim and spend time with me and my two-year-old daughter. While my family briefly went downstairs to get snacks from the vending machines, they were followed and confronted by a male front desk employee who claimed they had already received "three strikes" for being loud. This was confusing, as no one had communicated any warning to me directly as the registered guest. Later that night, at approximately 3:30 AM, the night auditor knocked on my door accusing us of running around and disturbing the property. This was the first time I personally heard of any complaint. I was asleep in the room with my two-year-old daughter at the time. Before any real conversation or resolution attempt could take place, he escalated the situation and called the police. Six to seven officers arrived. My family had already left, yet I, my toddler, and my 16-year-old cousin were removed from the property at 4:00 AM and issued a trespass notice. Being forced out in the middle of the night with a child was unnecessary and extreme. The next morning, I called to speak with the general manager, Chris, hoping to calmly explain the situation and request at least a partial refund. Instead of professionalism or basic customer service, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility. He stated that if anything, he would charge me more rather than consider a refund. He refused to hear my side of the situation at all. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never experienced treatment like this. The handling of this situation was excessive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer care. Removing a mother and toddler at 4 AM over alleged noise without prior direct communication is unacceptable. I will not be returning. And I would absolutely not recommend this place for anyone anymore. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. We have stayed here the same weekend for the past several years, and this was our first negative experience -- unfortunately, it was bad enough that we will not be returning. We had several rooms booked next to each other for our group. At check-in, we asked about using the large conference room, as we have done in the past. We were willing to pay extra and always make sure to clean up after ourselves. We were initially told it was reserved for a team. When that team never showed, we asked again and were still told no. The team that had reserved the room even offered to let us share it with them, but the night clerks refused and told us we had a "strike" against us. Instead, we gathered in our adjoining rooms. Shortly after, the night clerk, Jacob, was walking the hallways near our rooms with a flashlight. He approached and questioned one of the children in our group who had stepped into the hallway, which understandably frightened her. We later received a knock on the door stating that the manager wanted us removed from the property, but that we were being given "one more chance." One member of our group went to the front desk to calmly address any concerns and asked to speak with the manager Jacob referenced. Jacob refused to call the manager, first saying he would not call on his cell phone, and then claiming the landlines were not working -- which did not appear to be accurate. After that interaction, we did not hear from him again. Additionally, some members of our group left briefly and, upon returning, found the main doors locked. The front desk would not unlock them and directed them to walk all the way around to another entrance. To make matters worse, our room itself was not clean. There appeared to be a blood stain on one wall, the stairways looked as though they had not been vacuumed in weeks, and there was no hot water in the showers -- neither in the evening nor the following morning. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially after years of positive stays. Unfortunately, we will not be back. read more

The stay at cmon in was very nice however I felt very uncomfortable with the employee lurking outside our room most of the night. I wish we had privacy and as a young women I felt very violated having a grown man right outside of the room all evening. Besides that the experience was nice and had a great atmosphere! read more

I am a HUGE fan of the C'mon inn in Billings, Mt. We had 4 people go, 2 kids, 2 adults as a family. Even though we had 2 rooms with a door in between which was very handy and we slept amazing even though we were by the highway. However, one of daughters changed so her and her sister could go swimming. When we got back, our toilet was overflowing. We did not use the bathroom since checking in at 6:00 pm. The girls also said that there toilet had a hard time flushing. So in conclusion it's a good hotel but don't stay here if you have diarrhe! Thank goodness we didn't read more

Hello! So, we have been staying here for quite awhile now and it has always been outstanding! My kids love it here and beg to never leave. The hot tubs are the perfect temperature and the pool was very cooling. The rooms were amazing and the T.V had Netflix. Just know you have to sign in to your own Netflix accounT when staying here. The bed was very comfy and the vibes are just right. The staff is hardworking, kind, and dedicated to making sure their customers are happy. My first time at this hotel, but definitely won't be my last when traveling to Billings. What a gem! The staff was so friendly!! One young lady took a minute out of her busy day and offered to take a photo for us of our grandson's graduation. A small gesture but such a kind and memorable moment that sets a hotel like this apart. The room was cozy and clean. The courtyard was so cute. The breakfast bar was awesome! A nice variety and very delicious! Access to our room was easy. The only criticism was that even with the thermostat turned down it was a bit warm in the room at night. Maybe we are just a bit spoiled with our temperature at home. Lol. I told my husband if a C'mon Inn ever came to Tri-Cities WA I would probably stay there once a week just for a little getaway. This was the 2nd year in a row we decided to come here for our anniversary staycation. I planned it for months. I called ahead and check our reservation a few days before, then called again to let them know we would be checking in around 4. We got there, and had to wait another hour because our room wasn't cleaned! When we finally checked in, the jacuzzi was dusty and the AC was broken. The room was 74 all night. Plus, the bed was super soft and offered no support, so we slept like crap and woke up in a lot of pain. The chair with ottoman was broken, and sealant on the window was unfinished. When I called the front desk about the AC, the front desk bit my head off and acted like I was a major bother to them. They told me they could either move us or give us a fan quite aggressively. I told them that we had a fan, and they hung up on me! The pool was fun, but there were several jets broken on the hot tub. The jacuzzi in our room is very unsafe. No anti-slip mat or grab rails! We bought our own mat this year because I fell in the jacuzzi last year and really hurt my leg. We actually cut our trip short last year because of that, and we cut our trip short this year due to the horrible bed and no AC. Next year, we'll go somewhere else. read more

Ok so I've like this hotel but this time was different. We had 4 people and 2 rooms with a door contacted by the 2 rooms. Are 2 kids wanted to go swim and go in the hot tubs so we let them. When they went back up to the rooms they said it was vary fun and they liked the hot tubs but one hot tub was not working but that's ok. The next morning they wanted to go swimming again so they did but when they got back to their room they had to go to the bathroom and the toilet was overflowing (might want to see what happened). I was heading to visit relatives and stopped here after finding one hotel full. I had see this hotel was supposedly booked up on the site but found a room. Pluses and minuses but overall good. Room was good location away from main area so it was quiet. Nice layout and clean King bed room. Staff very nice and helpful. The pool was crowded with kids and adults just sat poolside. 5 or 6 hot tubs so I could find one without kids. Wish they had a safe in the room. I went swimming laps in the morning and no kids. The booklet in the room said the hotel had a safe at the desk but the young lady said they did not and I could keep my valuable with her and she would watch them. Breakfast was included. Eggs so-so, sausages too. The breakfast potatoes were good and the coffee was too. Nice to have yogurt and pancakes good. Orange OK. Made reservations several months ahead. Family reunion so we had a block of 6 rooms reserved for four days. Got confirmation email ...fast forward to the day they arrive and SUPRISE they have no rooms - reservations just disappeared . Husband called with email in hand and was told "to bad so sad nothing we can do" Asked to speak to the man he amad the arrangements with in the beginning and was told he was "to busy and unavailable". The breakfast area has three hot tubs adjacent the concrete floor was wet and hard to get around due to the water. Kids running around through the table water going going everywhere. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming in our room. We thought it was from the hot tubs outside our window but the smell was even stronger in the bathroom. If you get a room facing the inner court, where the hot tubs are, be aware that there is no natural lighting. The whole thing is covered with a roof so it's very humid plus the smell of chlorine is quite strong. I had stayed at a C'Mon Inn about 20 years ago and at the time it was fun. But nothing has changed and everything is really dark and outdated. The staff was very nice but I don't think I'd stay here again. read more

I was tired when I booked this hotel and was almost going to click on Crown Plaza and saw one little review that said hard bed at Crown Plaza. I was over it that fast. I had never heard of this small chain, but every single hotel in America needs to figure it out like they have. It is about the BEDS! They are right off the freeway and by a train track that is true, but never once heard either. This is a unique little place that surprised my husband, Shawn, and I. While waiting in a small line, we could see the hotel is not like any we have been in before. It is a two story hotel with an enclosed courtyard, with waterfall, koi pond and several hot tubs. Some upstairs rooms have balconies with patio furniture that face the koi pond, with koi so big it looks like they have eaten well for a while. Check-in went great, they were really friendly to us and I had requested a lower floor because I read they had no elevator. I also asked for a quiet room because some reviews online said it could get loud. There are rooms that face the pond/waterfall and trees, which it is lush looking, for sure and others that are right behind those in a hallway. We walked around the pond area and saw they have several hot tubs tucked into corners, like you are in a little cave and each one had a patio table with umbrella... you go Billing's MT. The pool was towards the back and on the other side of a big glass wall and more hot tubs in there. On the way back we saw a door tucked back into the rocks and saw it was a game room. Sheer cool factor made me want to go game right then and there. Impressive, for $108 a night. We get to the room, and it has a leather lazy-boy chair in there and flat screen 42" tv that has a fair amount of good channels. We both laughed when we opened the largest mini fridge in the history of hotel rooms, complete with crisper drawer. Yeah, in case you are missing the salads at home I guess. But really impressed. The microwave was above it. The room was spotless but we had not hit the bed yet but once we did, it was a five star slam. We talk about the beds at the River Rock Casino being the best hotel bed ever. The ones they sell you for $1600. This bed was actually better than that, and I didn't think it was possible. Who would have thought the little chain hotel by the rail road tracks would deliver like that?! I wish they were sprinkled liberally throughout, but it seems they are mostly in Montana and Wyoming. It was hard to get out of that bed to go eat the included breakfast, but they had a cute little set up. They had french toast with real hot maple syrup, four kinds of juices, boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt cups. You can take a tray and take it to your room, if you don't want to sit on a patio table in the lobby. The counters are right in the courtyard and so that put one of the rooms along side it. This could be good or bad if you booked that room; one the noise might be bad 4 feet from the service counter or awesome because you only walked 4 feet to get an all you can eat breakfast. If you don't like the sound of the small breakfast, Denny's is literally right outside the door and looked pretty new. read more

Cons: Stayed 2 days our room was on the second floor overlooking the lobby very noisy, if you want to sleep make sure you get a room AWAY from the lobby. A.C wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool our room down below 74 degrees and it was like 95 degrees outside. Staff wouldn't move us to a different room said they were booked out but I saw plenty of empty rooms while walking threw the hotel. They did give us a small box fan which helped some. Booked the place for the pool for my 2 young kids and guess what the pool was closed all weekend. 3 stars for friendly staff and nice clean comfortable rooms very good breakfast but I don't think I stay again. read more

They upgraded me to one of their best suites and discounted the price. Still far more than I wanted to pay but I had work to do and this place was ready to let me do that. The receptionists were nice, the place is surprisingly posh considering the name, and the suite was fantastic. WAAAY too much for one guy; looked like a resort cabin. If you are not traveling with kids who need the pool I do not recommend this spot. My room was second floor over looking pool and the noise from people in the pool lasted well past 1000 pm. There were lots of kids running up and down the hall all night. Room was nice but sleeping was impossible due to all the noise. Pros Beds are comfortable. Room is clean. Staff was very welcoming. Cons Very noisy Update the pools and hot tubs do not close till 1100 pm so not only do you get that noise you also get the kids running up and down the halls till almost midnight. I have stayed here for many years, but this place is now in need of some updating. The mattresses are saggy and need replacing. Often times the hot tubs are not working and have cold water. The breakfast gal they have now is frequently late and is not a good cook, so the breakfast has gone waaayyy down hill compared to before. I do like the atmosphere of the courtyard and the decor of the rooms is nice. But saggy mattresses are enough to make me move on if they do not correct this problem soon. Sorry.... read more

We were randomly stuck in Billings for 3 nights and came across this place and we were so happy to have found a temporary home! The staff was super nice, the lobby is really cute and we loved sitting in the hot tubs at night. It definitely gives you some privacy with how they're situated. It could be a little noisy with kids running around at times because of how it's set up but we fortunately we're on the first floor on the inside hallway away from it mostly. Otherwise, we loved it here! Free breakfast and They have coin laundry also which was great for us after being on the road for a while. Would definitely stay again! read more

After writing the reviews of the two other C'mon Inns I have stayed at, I have decided this one is my favorite. Perhaps it may be due to the fact that this was the best kept of the three, and they had energy boosted coffee with the breakfast spread. Coffee and travelling in Montana are a must. Things I like about the brand: Spacious Atrium that is standard in all of the C'mon Inns Spacious Rooms Normally available for last minute check-ins Reasonable price for value Kiddie pool in addition to adult pool Comfy beds, nice tvs, and well kept with beautiful lobbies and public spaces. I sadly haven't been able to make much use of the amenities as of yet, but know I will in the future as my husband and I make our annual trip to the Minneapolis area. read more

The hot tubs were "scattered" around the koi pond; which is cool in theory... but not terribly relaxing. The gym was acceptable. The clerk at the front desk has a serious attitude. She seems like a disgruntled high school student, told us to take the stairs to our room if there's an elevator, we haven't seen it which is a downfall for big suitcases or handicap. The room is spacious for the price but the layout sucks. you can't see the tv from the jacuzzi because the jacuzzi is placed as soon as you walk in with a half wall divided next to the bed. I purchased a room for my parents to stay and was quickly accommodated by the reception staff. I had to make the reservations over the phone and needed to sign a few documents via email. The staff was patient with me, very helpful, and made sure my parents didn't end up snagging the tab. My mom and dad loved the hotel. They can't stop talking about the awesome hot tubs, the atrium like ponds and greenery, and overall ambiance of the hotel. They said it was very relaxing, and they loved the breakfast too. I last stayed at the C'mon Inn about 7 years ago in Bozeman. I recommended this place to my folks because of the experience I had. I'm thrilled the Billings location was able to create such a lasting impression on my parents too. They can't wait to come back. If you're on the fence about staying here, just do it. My favorite hotel to stay at when we come to Billings. I love the atrium indoors. It allows us to be "outside" with the kids when its too cold to actually be outside. Its also nice to have a place to visit with the friends that come to see us without having to congregate in the bedroom. Breakfast was nicely done, not just cold cereal. The rooms were spacious and i would say the quality and look is an upgrade without the upgraded price. Big screen TVs in our room (with was just a standard 2 queen) was also a bonus. To start, I really love this place and only stay here. But I'm writing this review in the hopes that it will keep things from getting worse. Pros - the rooms are always clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly, helpful and amazing. Cons - the hot tubs were filthy and cold. The silt that sits on the bottom of them has obviously been there a while. The jets don't work, and they all are like that. There is a beautiful koi pond/waterfall in the middle of the hotel that is surrounded by artificial trees. The trees are covered in dust and cobwebs. We saw one tree so covered that we thought it was a net. It made me sad to see such a beautiful place being so neglected. I hope the owner sees this and gets these things fixed so they can keep it going. I really do love this place! read more

Found this place while just passing through on a cross country drive. Price was very reasonable considering the accommodations. We've stayed in a lot of places on this trip and this one stood out. Very clean and neat (I am a germ freak) with comfortable beds. The hot and cold breakfast was better than most (lived the hot sausage gravy n biscuits, and the coffee was great), and the kitchen staff was very friendly. The waterfall and hot tubs are a very nice touch - added some calm to our road trip. There are a lot of sleeping options in town, but we will definitely return when back here! Only reason for 4 versus 5 stars is the back door that is supposed to be locked 24 hours was open the entire time - including 2am (I come from a fire and safety background, and I am a stickler for security). read more

Very upset about this place. We chose this hotel because we were told pets were not allowed. At 10:00 pm we were awaken by a yapping dog. We were told it was a service dog. If it was a service dog, it wouldn't have been left alone while tbe owners went out. We had to call the front desk and have management locate the owners. I feel we were mislead. If you tell us pets are not allowed, don't put a barking dog in the room beside us. We certainly don't want to use a room that has had a dog in the bed. read more
