Small but comfortable and clean!
Bill D.

Stayed here when we got in at Billings/Logan for the night and was pleasantly surprized. This place is a little dated, but the staff and cleanliness more than make up for it. This motel is located right next to the hospital so keep that in mind if you have a loved one there and need a close proximity motel (we did not). Easy check in and out with a very comfy bead.

Surgery finally over, after having been delayed by one day, I was given the green light to spend the night in a hotel close to the hospital. Since Sis had stayed here for my last surgery, she drove us over &, with the help of a very pleasant staff, we were soon in our room. And... what a room it was!! The California king bed looked SO inviting, after spending several hours on a gurnee, that I dropped everything, laid down & woke up 2 hours later. Sis said I didn't move once, thus attesting to the comfort of the bed & the knock out meds used during surgery. LOL The room was good sized & came fully equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer & a small writing desk that became our dinner table. The bathroom was fully stocked with all most all the comforts of home & the shower looked positively inviting. Dinner was Perkins Restaurant take out & then I climbed into bed & don't remember a thing until 9am the next morning. According to my Smart Watch, I had slept 9 hours & gotten 7 hours of REM sleep. Something that hasn't happened in a very long time. We asked the clerk at checkout, what mattress brand the hotel was using, & were told it was Serta. All I can say is "that explains the good night sleep!" Riversage? You are at the top of my list as a righteous place to stay & you can bet your last dollar I'll be praising your establishment every chance I get. **Highly Recommend

Our room has two queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. Our room didn't have much of a view and it looked a bit worn as did our furniture and linens. However, the air conditioning went worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet had a selection of fruits, juices, breads, cereals, three types of pork, eggs, potatoes... There were two women that kept tables cleared and the buffet replenished

Abby, our waitress, could not have been more welcoming. She got us seated right away, recommended the fries (which were incredible), and made sure we had everything we needed even as the kitchen was winding down. Special thanks to Chef Joe, who deserves a big compliment for putting together such fantastic food at the very end of service. The wings were amazing, the burger was excellent, and the fries were so good that I actually finished them, which I almost never do. That says a lot. The atmosphere was fantastic lively but not overwhelming, with a party still going on since the bar stays open until 11. I haven't even seen the room yet, and I already love this place. Between the service, the food, and the energy, this stop turned into one of the highlights of the trip. Abby and Chef Joe both deserve a shout-out for making it happen.

The staff were accommodating in finding us a room on a higher floor, away from the elevators - our room was bright, airy, and clean! Staff was friendly, and their complimentary hot breakfast offerings were great - I enjoyed the homefries :D The staff does a great job in maintaining the area, and you can see that the surface areas are wiped down often, which I appreciate. Plenty of parking and convenient entry points are available to get to your room more directly. +clean rooms +great hot breakfast options +friendly staff +ample parking

We got a call about 7 AM the next morning, starting they had our credit card and license, and apparently Belinda had this out so anyone could see. The only other time this happened to us, the check in attendant rang up hundreds of dollars of phone calls. This was really disturbing because Belinda had many opportunities to return them. The housekeepers woke us up afterwards banging on the door starting at 9 am and did it several more times, despite the Do Not Disturb Sign prominently displayed. The handle was broken on the fridge door and the bathtub and sink were damaged. Grandma said looked old and dreary, not well kept. When we told the manager, Orlando, about our problems at the hotel, he could have cared less. It's hard to imagine that he works in customer service, and tourism in particular. This is probably the worst hotel we ever stayed in, and we couldn't wait to get out.

Absolutely our favorite hotel on this cross country roadtrip!…read more The rooms are all like mini apartments with fully decked out kitchens, dishes, full size fridge, cooktop, microwave. It was SO convenient for a traveling family. The room was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I appreciated seeing hand sanitizer dispensers in the elevators and by the breakfast space. No part of the hotel smelled like mold, which, in the eight hotels we've stayed in in the last two weeks, is a first time occurrence. Laundry room downstairs ($1 in quarters to run, which is half of what we had to spend at our last hotel) was right next to the pool, which meant we could run our laundry while we let the kids swim. The pool was a really great size with floor to ceiling windows for light, complimentary towels, and non-slip tile around the pool deck which you would think is a no brainer but this was the only hotel we've stayed in so far that had it. Downstairs they had 24/7 coffee, tea, and ice water available. We went by one night and they'd placed cookies out! There was a lovely outdoor seating area with a fire pit, market lights, and comfy seating. They also had board games out for use. The complimentary breakfast was awesome-- waffles, oatmeal bar, boiled eggs, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, juice. They also had coloring pages/crayons out for the kids that they changed out daily. Just adorable touches. There's also a little convenient store downstairs where you can buy jars of pasta sauce and pasta, frozen meals, etc. in case you need something to cook. The WiFi was pretty decent as well so I was able to get some work done. We appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk staff-- they were helpful with things to do in the area and with lighting the fire pit when we wanted to spend time with new vacation, friends outside.

Top-notched! I would give 10 stars if I can!…read more What a great, clean, hospitable place. JC The breakfast attendant went above and beyond what we expected to make our stay a more enjoyable one. Folks here are very friendly!!! I totally recommend this place If you're visiting for a couple days or even a week. The breakfast was more than continental breakfast. The breakfast burrito on Friday morning and the egg sandwich were very hearty and you can easily take it on the go. JC, the breakfast attendant is very attentive, helpful, very personable and social. He shared some of the touristy places to visit. He was prompt in refilling all the stations without having to ask for things. Stations were clean and food were well presented (robust). We've been to a lot of hotel breakfast but this place was , hands down, better than most. Front desk was prompt in any request. I do have to note that house keeping is upon request which is fine and I personally like that...my preference. Ben, the manager was able to reverse the double charge as we went through a 3rd party book. He even personally called us to follow up with the status of our charge. The only criticism I have as with most hotels are thin walls and heavy feet from tenants above. A definite place to stay and if travels finds me back to Billings, this will be home :)
