On the day of the move, the crew communicated the arrival time again and showed up promptly. They analyzed the items to be moved, and got to work. I had concerns about some antique furniture and they wrapped it in plastic and padded it with blankets. They also took special care with a glass front china cabinet. All items were handled with care. This was a move from one city to another and the crew stayed in communication with a precise ETA to the unloading location. Very professional movers! Moving is always a stressful time, but this crew did everything to make it a smooth process. Thank you to Fernando and Brothers Moving for the great service!

It took a lot of time to get our items into the truck and was starting to get worried. I will say this, we didn't have damage to our furniture most likely due to Nick wrapping our furniture like a mummy. They arrived to the destination quickly and were unloading, placing the furniture and getting stuff put back together very quickly. The guys are professional, courteous and responsive. My overall experience with AMS was unprofessional and disappointing. The price they originally…read morequoted me $217/hr was not honored and it was too late for me to find another service as it was right before the move date. When I raised concerns about my broken kitchen table, a crew member dismissed the issue by suggesting it was poorly assembled and would have broken eventually. When I reported wall damage and other issues to both the crew supervisor and Customer Care, I was simply told to file a claim without further assistance or accountability. As a result of this move: My kitchen table is unusable My son's dresser is damaged beyond use My home, which I am currently preparing to sell, now requires repairs due to wall damage I had to hire an additional moving service to move items your crew refused to move due to lack of proper equipment. To repair and replace the damaged items with something of comparable quality it will cost me almost $4,600. They only offered me $830, yes you see that correctly, $830 for all of the items damaged. I would not recommned them to anyone.

Some of these so "so called" honest movers that work for this company are THIEVES!!!!! And…read moreunfortunately, my family was the victim of these thieves!!!! They stole over $10,000 of custom-made shoes from my family that were boxed up and taped!!! They took over two hours to get to the new house with the moving truck! They obviously stopped, went through things and stole this box of the most value!!! And then to top it off, they were given each $100 tip, not knowing that they had already stolen until a week later when my family was unpacking!!!! The company was called and alerted of this theft, and they were not willing to do anything!!!!!! If you hire them Which I would highly discourage!!!! Make sure you don't take your eye off the moving truck as it's leaving the old house to the new house!!! And take pictures of all your boxes and make sure you have proof so if they do steal, you are covered!!! This crappy company is a disgrace to the community when it comes to integrity and honesty believe it's Hot handed thief movers over its customers!!!!! I will be following a complaint with a Better Business Bureau as well..
