I understand that it's a small business and that a hiccup back in the summer of 2024 had delayed all retro orders, but what I don't like is that they gave several dates of delivery of my completed shoes, only for them to drop the ball each time. Their last response was through a DM from March of 2025. I've been trying to reach out to them since then, but still no response. I would either want my completed product that I paid over $150 for the service on or my money back plus the cost of my sneakers. They need to spend less time posting shorts everyday on Social Media and more time on their customer service follow ups and providing a service we spend so much money on. They over promise and under deliver. I am very close to filing a lawsuit as this is theft.

When I showed up at his home at the agreed time, a car was in the driveway, I figured it was his. It was actually his cleaning ladies' who informed me, after ringing the doorbell for 5 minutes, that he was not home. I left a message and emailed him. An hour later I received a response saying he was so sorry but he forgot about our appointment. And then he told me he would charge me half his fee if I wanted to reschedule. I run my own business, have two children, and am in nursing school full-time. I appreciated the discount. However, I scheduled my entire day, including appointments with my own clients, around this session. If I ever forgot to show up for an appointment with one of my clients, I would've offered to reschedule at no cost. Such lack of professionalism would be beyond embarrassing and it would be the least I could do for my client. When I suggested this to him, I never heard back. I found this behavior to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful; I do not recommend Heartline CPR.

I was in the same government job for almost 8 years and feeling extremely stuck. I knew I needed to make a change and after a friend referred me to me,and I decided to reach out to Argus Academy for a consultation. It turned out to be one of the best career decisions I've ever made. From the first conversation, August made me feel comfortable and supported. He took the time to really understand my goals and concerns, and then developed a personalized plan to help me achieve them. He walked me through everything from hidden gems around networking, resume upgrades, interview support to negotiations. I learned that I had an incredible amount of experience and value, but I was unaware of how to navigate the rigorous job market potholes, and how to get my foot in the door of my top companies strategically. I literally called him after every interview (3 rounds) and he was right there for me to advise and guide me on next steps. Ended up getting a 30k bump + stock options and bonuses, which I am so incredibly grateful for to have both gotten out of that role and into a well-respected firm with a MUCH better culture. I can't recommend August and his talents highly enough. I truly don't think I would be where I am today without his incredible support and expertise around networking and succeeding in this difficult job economy we're in right now. THANK YOU, AUGUST!!

We worked on everything from researching career paths, to honing my essay writing skills, and even just checking in on how I was feeling emotionally through the admissions process. Cathy gave me a truly well-rounded experience. She not only helped me get into a top 20 school, but more importantly, she encouraged me to explore what I wanted to do with my life after college and improved my writing skills drastically. Cathy is blunt, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about college admissions. For all of those reasons, I would recommend her to anyone needing a college coach.

I have a special situation--a 17-year-old daughter with cancer so wanted some advice on how to approach college applications. Cathy had been recommended by a colleague of my husband's. I filled out the contact form on her website and she did not respond. I thought there was probably a mistake and since I had her phone number as well reached out to her via text. When we finally connected she told me that my emails had gone to spam, which seemed odd since I have a gmail account. Then she told me she had replied but her emails went to my spam. (They were not there.) We had a brief phone conversation when she told me we could do a one-hour overview of the college admissions process. I texted her on June 5 saying we would like to set a date for the one-hour session. She responded on June 10 asking me if she'd responded already and that she was out of town until July 10. I followed up on July 26 asking if we could set something up. She never responded. On Aug. 26 I followed up and she told me all my texts were going to spam. (There is no text spam so far as I know.) But she said she'd added me to her contacts and apologized. When I text her a week later to set up a time, she had no idea who I was. Then told me the best way to contact her was email. The email address she gave me bounced back, saying it did not exist. She then texted me that she thought "our working relationship will not go smoothly." It's been kind of an incredible--and incredibly tone deaf and incompetent experience--while we've been dealing with a teenager with cancer.
