Jayde, on the other hand, didn't give me any of those pitches instead just hustled.  She booked me for an interview on the first day she contacted me, March 13, and have gone to another interview since that first one. Already that's more than any recruiter has ever gotten me.  Usually, I get one then I don't hear from them again.   She walks the talk of other recruiters.  Speaking of walk, she has also walked me into each one of my interviews which not only gives me some much-needed confidence but a certain reassurance that she's here for me and looking out for my best interest.  Even her emails to me far exceed my expectations. And my expectations are based on my past experiences. Jayde emails me information about the company and person who is interviewing me and she includes interview pointers and a little "heads up" of what the employer is looking for or not looking for.  She includes advice on what to say or avoid saying based on the information she was given by the employer which no recruiter has ever done. I've had other recruiter give me tips like "you should check the company website and also look up your interviewer". Jayde of OSTechnical also gave me that same advice but she took it up a notch by providing me the website and LinkedIn web address in a clickable hyperlink. It's those little things that shows me that she wants this process to go as smoothly as possible for me. I can't say enough great things about her and OSTechnical.
