I stopped in to swap a game I still had a receipt for. It was painless. Waited in line for a few minutes and then he said just to pick out whatever I was getting anId bring it to the counter. Grabbed one of the latest games and found a used hockey game I like for XboxOne. I went back to pay the difference. This guy was a little pushy about getting the strategy guide. Look, I know you got a job to do and your boss says try to sell the guide when they buy the game. I said no thanks, and he said it's half price. I said no thanks and he tried to impress the importance of getting it. Not sure if I look like a sucker, but I was tired of saying no. If you guys are reading this, let No be NO. I love getting games there, because I know they will have them. But I don't like sales tactics. I understand they are going to be there, but don't piss off your customers. We may start buying games from Amazon. I may do that actually to avoid the hassle next time. Amazon Prime is sounding pretty good right now.

I've had nothing but issues with every GameStop I come too, dont shop here anymore it's simply not worth it. I was naive and didn't take a picture of the label but I didn't think I'd have to.

We looked in all the different sections and the kids picked out some Pokémon cards while some of my family got some magic cards. There was a great selection of items and the staff was very nice. I thought it was a good value because the kids were able to just pick some specific Pokémon cards they wanted versus buying packs. That was super helpful to us! I'm sure we'll stop in again next time we are in town!

The box was SO carefully packed - every figure's box was individually wrapped w/ bubble wrap and masking tape, and in perfect condition. This was the first time I'd ever heard of Infinity Flux, and I was super impressed with how they got 4 figures packed, shipped, and delivered within 3 days, all during a holiday week. I love seeing an independent comic shop thriving, and caring well for their customers. Will be placing more orders in the future - thanks!!
