He pretty much said our cabinets were crap and we should replace them even though thats not what we needed done. However we liked the quote we received on what we did need done so we decided to go with him. We had to go out of town for a week so I called to set up an appointment when I returned home. After about a minute of trying to explain who I was he said "Oh yeah let me call you back this afternoon when I get to the office". No call. A couple days later, I called no answer. I texted him the next day, no response. I called again the next day and no answer and left a voicemail saying please call me back whether you can fit us into your schedule or not because we need to go in another direction if not...no call back. I finally had my husband call to see what was going on. Josh answered immediately and apologized to him and said he would call me personally to apologize. No call but he texted and said he could fit us in 4-5 weeks(not what he said when he quoted us) I do not recommend Cutting Edge Cabinetry.
