Marcelo and his crew were professional, polite, hardworking, and thorough. I hired Juarez Painters through the Home Depot, Ogden Pro Desk. Home Depot does criminal checks and licensing review. The painters worked hard all day and went above and beyond to finish the job. They painted a very high staircase, large landing and a bedroom. The painters even asked for a broom to thoroughly clean up the worksite after they were done. Marcelo Juarez's brothers are his crew! Total family professionalism! Couldn't have been more pleased with their wonderful paint job! If you need excellent painters, these are the guys!

I will NEVER use anyone else! This company has my business for life! Thank you

Using Paintsmith was a negative experience our family and neighborhood won't soon forget…read more When Matt negotiated the paint job on our home we specifically requested top-of-the-line premium paints to be used, and he "gave us his word" that he and his crew would, and we were quoted for the difference in price. But then after starting the job my wife watched his workers, at his direction, pour paint from one entirely different generic looking bucket into another, and bring it into the house to continue painting. And when I came home at lunch, and asked Matt about it, he got condescending and started making some excuse about my wife being confused or that his workers were confused, even though they were only following his orders. But Matt kept insisting it would be fine. As I was walking back out to my car to return to the office I noticed the two "other" buckets of paint at Matt's vehicle, so out of curiosity I went to home depot where he said he bought his paint, and sure enough the other paint was significantly cheaper than the paint he promised to use in his bid and according to employees was not even close in quality to the more premium one that was supposed to be used in the job. I'm no paint expert, but the rooms they painted with the second paint even smelled different that night from the first where they started the job. Typical bait-&-switch of an unprofessional businessman, and had my wife not stayed home that day and been paying attention we wouldn't have known. The following day before settling the bill with Matt I again questioned the paint switch, and told him I wasn't comfortable paying full price for a job he used lower grade paint. He immediately got indignant and threatened to place a lien against our home if we didn't pay the bill in full, raising his voice at me in front of my wife and children. Even the neighbors heard him. Somehow I was hoping I was wrong, but now a year later the hallway and rooms that were painted with the cheaper paint are showing definite signs of wear, and you can even scrape it off with your fingernail. Needless to say I won't be using his services again, and rest assured being as his unsavory rant and threats turned into the buzz of the neighborhood, neither will a lot of other people.

I had a…read morecontractor do my bathroom cupboards a few years back that are the same wood and I totally love them. I let Kyle take a door off my bathroom cupboards to be able to have a comparison to match my kitchen cupboards to. At first, I was totally impressed as he was able to match my kitchen drawers perfectly (as in the first picture). Next he took all my cupboard doors home to paint over the weekend and bring back. That's when everything went south. I think he tried to hurry and get them done with slapping on the stain quick, rather than take his time. He brought them back the following Monday and they were darker than my drawers and existing boxes. As you can see in the pictures the background wood is the pretty cherry wood whereas the cupboard doors are dark and almost look like it was drawn on by a black marker. At first he seemed okay to work with and agreed to fix and repaint all the doors to match. He took them home again and when he brought them back he had repainted the backs but not the fronts. He said he was not redoing the fronts and that it would cost way to much money, even though he originally said he would fix and make it right. Also as part of the job, I wanted him to paint all kitchen walls and down my hallway. When they (him and his employee) started painting they moved my fridge and put a big scratch in my floor that I had newly installed. He said he would make an insurance claim to fix my floor. As of last week I messaged his business page to follow up and see where he wanted to go next and my message was blocked. I paid him $3,500 on the cupboards but only with the guarantee he would make it right. I have pictures for proof of messages where he states he'll repaint and fix them. Now he has left the job leaving me with unfinished cupboards, ruined kitchen floor, and puttied walls with no new paint. I now have this mess on my hands with having to hire someone new and pay tons more money to fix all his mistakes. My house is now worse off than before he started! I do NOT recommend hiring Dickeys Custom Painting, unless you want to be left high and dry with a house that is now worse off then when he started!

Thanks for coming out…read more I worked with Greg on quote and was really satisfied with his professionalism, timeliness, and his willingness to work with what I had envisioned. I had a specific paint color and quality in mind with a top to bottom painting project. I received multiple quote from licensed contractors and in the end Elevate offered me the quality, timeliness, and price I needed. The paint was on originally within a week for the entire job. We did have some difficulty with missed spots, drips, and overpaint. This was a bit frustrating as it took three revisits for the final outcome, but I must say that even with those revisits the job was completed very much to my liking, Greg made a revisit to help with the completion, and I am satisfied with having used their company and would recommend the final product.
