You would expect the second attempt to be handled better, but it wasn't. After that second last-minute cancellation, we requested a refund. It has now been over a month, and we still have not received our money back, nor have we received any meaningful communication or updates from them. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been unbelievable. At this point, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Lisa's designs did not reveal flaws that developed during installation. We experienced mis measurements that resulted in a 5 week delay. Hardware was ordered incorrectly which required me to find it myself on Amazon in order to keep the carpenter on schedule (the designer was on vacation for the second time during my install). One cabinet was delivered with the wrong measurement and instead of immediately fixing it, the designer suggested to the carpenter to just use a filler which would have created a less than appealing look. My custom designed coffee station sits lower than the rest of the counter (which was not reflected in the design) and required a separate piece of Cambria which honestly ruins the flow of the kitchen and looks awkward and cheap. Two of the cupboards had paint that easily chipped and the designer ignored this flaw not contacting candlelight for me. In conclusion, I cane to the realization that my 50k kitchen was on the bottom of the priority list because I chose to use my own contractors and didn't use the ones suggested by 3W- with double the price tag. I would never use this company again. I felt rushed to decide, unimportant to the designer, and realized my kitchen design on paper had flaws that a designer should have fixed since this was her profession. Hopefully her vacations and house flips she was doing herself were worth it.

So sorry that she went on to another company to design exclusively. I have since used Lisa at 3 Design for assistance in the accessories for my master bath and my guest bedroom. Since she had to work around what was already in the rooms and she had to work with my very detailed desires she too was fantastic and very patient. I found that I needed help to expose me to new and different ideas and ways to decorate so I definitely am a fan and will use 3W Design again.

We're in the process of having a kitchen and bathroom floor done by Ed's. The first day the…read moreinstaller showed up with only part of the materials. He installed the kitchen flooring into the bathroom. When he realized mistake, he took it up. He was done by late morning. He had some of the kitchen floor but not enough to do the whole kitchen. He didn't have any of the material to do the bathroom floor. So he left for the day. He wasn't sure of all the material had come into the storehouse or not Since it was only half a day at the house, I would have expected him to go back to the store to see if the material was in the storehouse . Maybe even return to get some of the flooring done on Friday. We had the plumber come in that morning to removed the toilet , they were scheduled to return in the afternoon to reinstall the toilet.We had to call and cancel him and tentatively reschedule him for Monday. Since it was a Friday, we had all of our kitchen and bathroom closet items stored in our living room for the weekend. Sunday, the installer did show up and correctly put in the bathroom floor and started the kitchen floor. Our bathroom floor is the vinyl that looks like stone and it's a grey tone. They installed a bright white molding around the flooring. It clashes and looks awful. The strip they put between the bathroom and the hallway door matches perfectly . When we requested the white molding be taken out and replaced some that matched the floor like the color of the strip in the doorway. We were told they would look around around and see if they had anything in the warehouse, I am sure that they're not going to find anything just hanging around the warehouse. If they don't have anything, they would have try to find something matching, and it would cost us extra. When we hired them to install the floor we assumed that it would be done with matching materials. Now we're being told we have to pay extra. Since we did not get a discount on the floor or a sale or anything else, I don't feel we should have to pay another cent to have the floor install correctly with matching materials . That's a discussion. we have to have later today with the manager. It's noon time Monday and they may have to come back another day to finish the floor. We told them we needed it done before Tuesday because we were having company on Tuesday. We assumed most of the work would have been done on Friday and just finishing touches on Monday. I won't know until I get home from work if they've completed the installation. I wished I had read some of the reviews , which had several negative comments about the installation. Of flooring they did. Overall, I'm just not pleased with the service , the installation or the communication I'll have to wait to see how this gets resolved but I would never recommend them or have them again.
