Love the classes at Club Pilates at the Galleria Mt Lebo. Flow 1 with Kristy is wonderful.

Great clean studio! I'm new to Pilates but had no trouble at all following Deb's class.

I am a pretty fit sixty-year-old who is looking to add onto my current exercise regimen. So far, I'm really enjoying club Pilates. They have a range of classes and instructors and many options to choose from including times. Since I've been active with exercise for over 40 years, I have some limitations because of past injuries. I've been able to work around that in each class. I would say as a newbie to Pilates, it's a great addition to an existing exercise program. I don't necessarily think that it is something you can depend on for your only source of working out, however. But all the same, it is really fun. read more

I trialed all kinds of workout classes before landing at this Club Pilates. Great instructors and FUN workouts led to me to sign up for a membership when I have never had a membership at any fitness studio before. Now, I always look forward to my classes! read more

I'm very happy I joined club Pilates. Everyone has been so kind and helpful as I've been new to Pilates but more than anything, I feel like a new person. Can't wait for my next class! read more

This is the most welcoming and supportive studio ever . Each person you meet will do everything they can to make you feel included and welcome in your fitness and wellness journey. I just got home from a Cardio Sculpt class and it was my favorite. But that is how I felt last night after the Control class and 2 nights ago after Center and Balance! Oh, and the Suspend class and Flow classes are my favorites too! Joined about 16 months ago and signed up for unlimited classes which cost more than other gyms but I knew that I would go to get my money's worth. However, I LOVE these classes and the physical and mental impact each class brings. It is 50 minutes of ME time and all I have to think about is moving in and out and strengthening my body. The instructors of the classes I take- Julie, Deonna, Regina, Amy- all my favorites. So skilled. Challenging but fun sessions. One of the best decisions I've made. I am over 60 and feel much younger and flexible! Thank you for reading. read more

Friendly and informative staff! Wonderful option for low impact, muscle isolation, balance and range of motion in a total body work out!

I took an intro class here to see if I would like reformer Pilates since I had never been to a reformer Pilates class before. As far as intro classes go, It went fantastic. Julie was an awesome instructor to have for this because she really explained the equipment and moves we were using/doing. It was a shortened class and I still feel like we got a good sense of what the regular classes were like. I would definitely go back. The staff was very helpful with answering questions at the end. read more

Club Pilates is a great place to stay toned and in shape. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The classes are varied and they work many muscle groups with emphasis on core. The cardio sculpt works great. I have a bad knee and cannot do regular jumping jacks but can accomplish a good cardio without putting strain there. I am seeing steady improvement in my core strength read more

I was never able to find an exercise program that I would stick with consistently until I found Club Pilates South Hills. Flexible classes & schedules, patient & fun instructors, no class is ever the same and easily modifiable movements that helped me build confidence and my skill level even through injury. The 50 minute classes provide much needed 'me time' that I find very meditative - once I get on the reformer, I block everything else out and focus only on the instructor's voice. Having never even attempted a plank when I started 3 years ago, they were quite a challenge for me and my 'weak arms' at first but with the support of the CP team, at 57 I can now plank with the best of them. One day after class Mari Jo commented on how strong I'd become. No one had ever said that to me before and I started tearing up. Then I realized, she's right, I am strong and I have CP to thank. read more

I have been a member 3 years at Club Pilates -Galleria and still am seeing the lifelong benefit. My main focus is on balance, strength and refining the Pilates method. All instructors are tops but a special shout out to Deonna and Cindy for the fantastic coaching in class. I am all in, read more

I can't let this place suffer from a poor review just because someone can't make it to class on time. The people who work there are so nice, the studio space is beautiful but room is obviously limited because of the huge reformer Pilates machines, and if you sign up for a class online and you take up a spot, then of course you're going to have to pay for it! We are in COVID times and so you have to wear a mask all class but it's not too bad because the classes are low impact. I just signed up last weekend & it is pricey- $89 for 4 classes a month- but I really love the work out and I'm excited for the results. I have only I'm taking a level one class so far and it was "relatively" easy but I am going to take level 1.5 and level two very soon and I really think that they are going to whip me into great shape! read more

I am highly disappointed with cancelling my membership. The policy states that you are responsible for paying an additional month after cancelling your membership. I am cancelling due to issues that are of no business to the company and do not want another month of classes. If I wanted the classes I would not cancel my membership. I now had to spend an additional $129 dollars for classes that will be unused. This policy seems more of a money making scheme than anything. Granted this is my fault for signing up for a membership that requires you to commit for 3 months or be penalized for cancelling. read more

I love this Club Pilates! This is the first (and only) Pilates studio I've gone to. The instructors are top notch - knowledgeable and friendly. I can easily modify the classes to suit how I'm feeling on any particular day. It has changed my entire body composition, which I was not expecting. I look forward to each and every class. At age 50, I actually feel strong and fit! The studio is beautifully maintained and very clean. All of the staff are so nice and welcoming. read more

Best decision to join Club Pilates South Hills. So many great classes; amazing instructors; clean studio; outstanding workout and all around great experience every class. The instructors are committed to and have a passion for teaching Pilates and ensuring that each client get the instruction they need. The clients are all so friendly and I have met so many nice people. I love the challenge and full body workout of Pilates. I especially like that it is not high impact. I would without question recommend Pilates to men and women of any or no fitness level. I am at Club Pilates South Hills 4 - 5 times a week and would gladly give an in person recommendation. I hope to run into you at Club Pilates South Hills. I look forward to each and every class I take at Club Pilates South Hills. read more

After a year of attending Club Pilates 4-5 times a week I can honestly say I have never felt stronger physically. The other unexpected benefit I have experienced is mental clarity - taking 50 minutes for myself has improved my life significantly. On an instructor level - I have found Deonna, Regina, and Tiffany to be the most robust instructors in the Galleria location. Deonna brings immense energy and vitality into every class she teaches. Regina is fun and challenging (in a very good way), and Tiffany's classes are so smooth and flow with expert planning that the class is over before you know it. I have tried a couple other instructors but these three seem to be the most inspiring ones available for my needs. I started with an into lesson, then signed up for 8 classes per month, and after another month changed to unlimited. It's the best investment I've made in myself in decades. I wish I had tried this a LONG time ago. read more

I love the classes and all the instructors. Everyone is so skilled in their own way and each class is challenging, fun and sweaty. The reformer is not a cheap machine so the classes are on the pricier side but you will get all the bang for your buck and see very positive results in your body if you keep with it. It's the only exercise I actively look forward to. read more

Beware. If you schedule a class in advance there is a time limit when you cancel. I signed up for a 6:30pm class and knew the morning of the class it was going to be tough getting there on time, but couldn't cancel it (this was 8-9am I was looking to cancel). Race there and there is a 10 minute cut off, so I couldn't get in. No refund, no transfer credit for another class. I own that I was late, but I was here last week and they let in a number of folks late- past the ten minutes. So if you are going to have such a policy, then apply it consistently every week, every class. read more

I started out at Club Pilates South Hills several months ago attending once a week. As a beginner, I found it somewhat challenging to catching on to the equipment and signature movements. I quickly became addicted and now attend 4-5 classes a week. Tiffany and Vanessa are my favorite instructors. They continually change up the exercises which pushes your body to continue to adapt. Their instructions and prompts ensure you are getting the most out of every movement. I would recommend anyone trying to get into shape to give it a try. read more
