Some recommendations would be bringing a yoga towel that covers your yoga mat. I was slipping from the heat during some positions. I would suggest getting there at least 15 minutes before since it can be hard to find a spot. Parking can also be difficult because of the location. Overall a great place to try! They have another class option that's less hot which could be awesome to try!

So glad I got to take my first "very warm" yoga class at this inviting, easy to find studio. I didn't have my mat and the studio had absolutely everything including high quality manduka mats and even sweat towels for me to use during my practice. The space was beautiful and for my first hot yoga experience I was very pleased. I took the 5:30 Happy Hour class (which was a power yoga and very fast paced). I simply practiced at my own pace and skipped things that didn't work for my body. I didn't feel any pressure to "perform" and left feeling stretched, strengthened and centered. I'd definitely use this studio again next time I visit my cousins!

Clearly I love it here and the studio just keeps getting better & better. They've recently opened a 2nd location in Sewickley. All the instructors are first rate, genuine, caring people who will motivate you and assist you in your practice every time you're here. It's always a pleasure to walk in the door to a warm greeting & the spa-like atmosphere. The vinyasa flow workout is hot & sweaty and you know you're doing something truly good for your body here. If you need a break & drop into child's pose during class, don't be shocked if the instructor or assistant comes over & massages your back! The new student special of $30 for 30 days is always in effect for anyone wanting to try it out. A lot of us got hooked that first month & stayed! There are mats, yoga towels, blocks, bolsters, etc. to use during class or you can bring your own. Supporting the community is a huge goal here with charity donation based classes (happy hours), kids & yogis with special gifts classes. There's a wonderful spirit of friendship & togetherness fostered here that's quite contagious!

It doesn't matter what your fitness level is from being a couch potato, runner, weight lifter, HIIT enthusiast -- Pilates is truly for everyone. My opinions based on the classes/instructors I've taken: Brittany: seriously a badass in everything -- she's who I want to be when I finally grow up...ha! Vanessa: she will make you drip sweat...even in a Level 1 class; not a bad thing at all Leanne: she's the sunshine you need in your life and always focuses on ensuring good form; she makes you shake, strengthen, and showoff what your momma gave ya Sarah + Rose: they always find muscles that I didn't know even existed...literally all the time without a doubt. Also shoutout to Jaimie at the front desk...she's the best! Always smiling, positive and follows through on everything she says she'll do.

However, my grievance is how they lied about their class packs, overcharged me, and would not respond to me for additional help. I went to an intro class to try something new. I was only in town for a few short weeks, and they advertised a sale for a 4 and 8 pack and stated that it was a one time charge. I paid for a 4 pack and was told I had to fill out paperwork. After paying and signing the forms, the application would not submit unless I entered my card information manually (in hindsight, this should have raised a red flag, but I wanted to trust a business would not lie). The receptionist assured me that it was just a formality and that it would not be a recurring charge. Because of this, there was no discussion of a cancellation process. Imagine my surprise when I left town, and a month later I was charged again. I called the studio twice and was told the manager had to take to cancel it, but she was not currently available and should be in touch. She did text me, but only stating that I had to email them to cancel. I explained that I should not have to cancel since it was advertised a 4 pack and not a subscription and inquired about a refund. The manager ignored my text. I decided to email just to be on the safe side and inquired again about a refund in the email. The manager texted me stating that my email was received and my account would be canceled August 2nd. I responded once again asking about the refund and again explaining the situation and how I was told it was a 4 class package and not a recurring fee. The manager ignored my message again. The manager did text me on a weekend, so I decided to wait until Monday to follow up. I texted once again and explained my situation, and once again I experienced radio silence. The funny thing is, they have no problem calling and texting you to try and get you to buy more classes or participate in their sales. But when it comes to correcting their wrongs, they will completely ghost you. There are plenty of studios who are more deserving of your hard-earned money and actually practice good customer service. To lie about policy and then completely ignore a customer is completely unprofessional and gives scammer vibes. I would be more understanding if they even tried to explain why they would not give a refund, but to completely ignore me is unacceptable.

What a lovely experience I had here!…read more If we're being honest, I've frequented a few YogaSix locations, though in another town - Las Vegas, and honestly have yet to enjoy my few times there, so I didn't return. Well, while visiting PA, I was very encouraged by family to try it because she loved this spot. We decided to book a very early Monday morning Sculpt and Flow class with Christian and my am glad we did. When we entered, we were greeted by Jarrid, the owner of this location, who was so kind in chatting with us, getting all the misc. things set up and showing me around the studio. I went back into our workout room and was quickly greeted by who Christian who was so kind and had great energy. As for the class itself, well it was tough but it was doable. It started with a quicker yoga flow, to get the body a bit warm and bendy before we moved into the mat fitness part of class. This was a little challenging but his encouraging words and seeing him work with the group, motivated you to keep going and working harder! All in all, we left feeling great, connected and worked up a good sweat. If you're looking for a new fitness studio, I recommend this spot over in Wexford area Jarrid and Christian really made this experience and location stand out and me want to come back and book whenever I'm in town! Thank you x
