The studio requires you to purchase a class before adding to a waitlist and does not allow you to add to more than one waitlist at a time. Meanwhile all classes outside of business hours (morning and evening) all have very long wait lists. It's very frustrating because I have been unable to use the classes I purchased because of the waitlist, and they don't offer a refund. Your credit will just expire after 30 days. Some instructors seem to hold very easy classes and some are very good, harder. I would like more instructors to encourage the use of various springs for attendees of differing fitness levels (I.e. beginner vs advanced, etc.) read more

I recently attended my first class at this Pilates studio with Roman, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. As someone new to the studio, I expected a certain level of guidance and instruction, but there was very little cueing or modifications provided throughout the class. This made it difficult to follow along confidently and safely. What concerned me even more was the lack of support given to another participant who clearly needed modifications and assistance. There were multiple moments where they appeared to be struggling, yet no adjustments or alternatives were offered. This not only impacted the overall flow of the class but also raised concerns about participant safety. I also followed up with the manager after the class to share my concerns. While they listened, no form of compensation or resolution was offered, which added to my disappointment with the overall experience. Overall, I left the class feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. A Pilates environment should feel supportive, attentive, and safe for all levels, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

Instructors are great. They seem to only care about new enrolled customers many level 1 classes so difficult to advance practice. Pay a lot of money and can barely get into classes. Constantly have to check waitlist to see if in a class. Love pilates. Not liking the way it is managed. read more

I recently attended an introductory class with Roman at the Olney Club. I was delighted with the cleanliness and professionalism of the studio. Roman explained the origins of Pilates that was engaging and very interesting. He lead our group through a 30 minute mini- class to show us the uses of the equipment and exercises. He was high energy with specific instructions. He kept a close eye on form and precision that made me feel very comfortable. If you are on the fence, don't be. Instructors are great. My problem is with the membership and how it is explained. They say you can schedule 30 days out but that is not the case. You cannot schedule classes until the date of your billing cycle. For example, my billing cycle is the first of every month. That means I cannot schedule December classes until December 1st. And when I login on 12/1, chances are very high that the classes for the first week in December will be full and I will need to waitlist. Very frustrating and definitely not how it was explained. Their solution? Sign up for unlimited classes. Not the solution for which I was looking. read more

I joined Club Pilates in Olney 3 months ago and could not be happier that I did! The employees and class instructors are all fantastic. I usually join Linda and Sue's classes as they fit best with my schedule. I love that all the instructors have different styles and are always switching things up to keep classes interesting and diverse. Working out at the gym is something I normally dread but this is never the case with Pilates class. So happy I've found my thing and can't wait to continue making progress! read more

I've been going to this studio for a couple months now and I think everyone is just wonderful. Sue and Linda do a great job verbalizing exactly what your body should be doing during class. They make sure that you have the correct form and breath work during different movements. Kelly brings in the energy and makes class feel fun and exciting. I have yet to attend class with every instructor, but so far I'm very happy coming to this studio. read more

UPDATE: They gave me a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a ton of flexibility in your schedule to attend classes -- this is not the club for you. Very unhappy with this club experience. My biggest concern in joining was that I would be waitlisted and not able to get in to any of the classes that I want. The local team said "that's not a thing ... I think only one class last week had a waitlist where not everyone got in." I say, "ok, i'll give it a whirl." i join and pay all the fees ... boom. waitlisted my first two classes and not able to get in to the classes I wanted to attend. I called on a Sunday and left a message for someone to call me to discuss canceling my membership. NO RETURN CALL. I email TWICE regarding the same ... NO RETURN CORRESPONDENCE. I called back just now and talked to the General Manager who has the cancellation script memorized. She's very sweet, but said she was only able to help me book in to classes and that she would have to talk to the Regional Manager to see what could be done. Please train your employees to be open & honest -- if they had, i wouldn't be in this situation. Also, i think there should be a membership cap, or if the club is so popular, maybe you need to build bigger clubs to accommodate all the members who sign up. It shouldn't be so hard to get in to classes. I just want a refund and to walk away, please. I'm not hurting for money -- it's the principle of being deceived that I don't want to support. read more

I really enjoy the workouts. It helped me with losing post baby weight that I struggled with for a while. Also, strengthened my back which cause helped alleviate back pains. Abril is really spot on, takes the time to not only thoroughly explain but will physically adjust to correct positions. read more

I'm not sure how this place is still open. Terrible policies targeted towards collecting unjustified payments. I joined Club Pilates Olney with after having be targeted by their incessant calls and emails. I finally agreed to join because I suffered an injury that limited my running and heavy weight bearing activities. After joining, the website would not allow me to book classes because of some technical glitch on their side. I repeatedly called, messaged, and emailed them about this issue. This was to no avail. Therefore the month of July came and went without my being able to book a class online. I asked if I would be able to redeem these classes in August since not booking was no fault of my own. The answer was NO and I was promptly charged for the following month. So apparently having a membership is just a way to guarantee that they keep the lights on while charging you unreasonable fees and prices so that they can pretend that their goal is wellness. It's not even as though classes in the morning and evening are ever even available. Please do yourself a favor and exercise somewhere that cares more about its members than memorizing their "got your money and it's already spent" policy. It's unfortunate to have chosen this place when Olney is full of other great options for fitness. Many regrets. read more

Love Club Pilates. Great overall workout with wonderful instructors who push for your individual success. I can't believe that I didn't try Pilates sooner. Would highly recommend, with their free 30 min intro class (no hard sales), you have nothing to loose except for some extra pounds! The membership is on the higher price per month ($230) however, each workout feels like a personalized workout with the instructor. The cost is worth the results and class options. I would recommend scheduling ahead as most classes have a "wait list". That said, every time I've been waitlisted I've always been able to get in to the class I want. I still show up for class even if I'm 1 or 2 on the waitlist, as there is most often someone doesn't show and I'm added to the class. The highest I've been waitlisted is #9, even then I was able to join the class, especially in Olney. Great facility with great admin and instructors. read more

Since the studio opened I've been a member at Club Pilates in Olney. Personally speaking it's one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Approaching 250 classes taken, my body, mindset and overall health is evidence of time and money well spent. Hello steven- Unfortunately I have to change my review as I received threat of sending my bill to collection agency after my cancellation. I am really sad that I had to leave this studio due to my sudden move and I expected cooperation and understanding. I have tried to call about three weeks and nobody picked the phone up! There is no way to cancel through the app and the only way is to show up which was not possible for me. Finally I informed them before my next bill and they still charged me! My heart is full of sadness that they can ruin a beautiful experience in a blink! read more

I have found Pilates to be a great way to exercise! It's easy to book and cancel classes on the app and the studio is clean. Teachers are knowledgeable and you can try different classes to see if they all work for you or due to your experience or medical conditions you prefer one over another. read more

I just wanted to provide an update about my experience at CPO since I'm still going strong and I'm pain free because of them! I gotta say that I'm so glad the studio survived shut down in 2020 to come out the other end OK (I was seriously worried that they would be another small business to bite the dust at the shopping center). The team at CPO worked so hard to keep members happy and even provided virtual classes when they couldn't be open to accommodate members. I was able to get a nice mix of online classes from the studio instructors as well as get to know Club Pilates instructors from surrounding studios. Obviously, I returned to in person classes as soon as they reopened...online classes were no match to being at the studio and seeing my Pilates pals :P and getting back on the reformer! I felt totally comfortable going back since the team took so many measures to keep thing sanitized...plus there is a new air filter as well. Shoutout to the management team, too! No matter what weird thing I have going on with my schedule, the team is responsive and finds a solution for me that is fair. CPO continues to be totally worth the money and more. They provide a space that is clean, well-maintained, knowledgeable instructors, super nice staff, and a nice community. read more

We cancelled our intro appointments after the third form that had to be filled out hours before class and asking for personal information that was irrelevant for an intro. Btw. They've helped me immensely with an internal rotation issue in my shoulder, plus the usual stuff like back pain &etc. Pilates is the answer to do many things that creep up on us as we age so don't wait to tune up your machine, folks.
