A half a year into my membership and Club Pilates has been treating me well! It is a bit pricey, but I took it as an investment into myself. I was a bit intimidated at first, but it was really just my nerves. The instructors are all very kind and friendly! Their classes are great for my bad flexibility (I used to not be able to touch my toes, but now I can touch the floor!) and low intensity work for people of different workout levels. I'm a founding member of the Suisun Valley Club Pilates since it first opened in December 2024. I like that the classes are limited to 12 maximum, there's a variety of different classes and the class instructors welcome people of all levels and classes can be modified due to limitations or injuries. Special shoutout to Elise, who has amazing energy and oozes positive vibes!! She makes every class fun, novel, challenging, and the 50 minutes of class just fly by. I go to 3-4 classes a week and it's a great workout that's approachable and enjoyable enough to motivate me to keep going consistently. The studio has excellent equipment including commercial grade reformers, balance chairs, TRX straps, and Bosu platforms, and is clean and well maintained. I wanted to try reformer Pilates for years and was so happy when the studio opened close to home. I've been a member since they opened and I love it. I'm stronger, more flexible, have more energy, and have improved balance. My lower back pain is gone and my knee pain improved. Also, love a workout you can do mostly lying on your back. Always enjoy the various instructors at Club Pilates. They are knowledgeable and encouraging and even funny. I like the variety of 1.5 classes. Some are harder than others but they always provide a good workout, regardless of whether the focus is core, legs, glutes, balance, or hips. I have gotten amazing strong in my core, feet, hips, and back since increasing my Pilates from 1 to 4 times a week. I'm hooked! read more

I have been attending flow classes regularly for over a year with Elise to off set my gym days. Pilates has been transformative for my core strength and flexibility but it also had has been relaxing and so healing. I'm beyond frustrated with my experience. As a "founding" member with unlimited classes, I expected a much smoother experience and clearly feel that the club had a better chance of communicating with members then, but that's not what I've gotten. Recently, I had to cancel a class, the $15.00 cancellation fee was not collected, and while trying to figure all of this out and to my surprise, my membership was cancelled. All of my pre-planned classes were cancelled and I am finding to rebook and join the wait lists. I am still a little confused on all of this. I understand that there are policies, but being penalized in this way for a single cancellation, especially when I've been loyal to the studio since before opening, feels unreasonable and inconsiderate. If I knew about this I would have made different arrangements. I work up valley and I commute over an hour to get home, so I'm a planner. I also plan my life around these classes and turned down work opportunities to schedule my classes. So when this happened, it completely threw off my schedule. It's especially frustrating because I feel like I'm constantly learning about their policies as I go, with little clear communication or warning. I've been a member at other places like Pure Barre in Napa, Pilates Napa Valley, Orangetheory, and Club Pilates in Napa, and I've never felt this confused or unsupported. As someone who was excited to be a member at this club, I am really disappointed. Although, the person I have been texting has been extremely pleasant, this had led me to question whether I want to continue my membership at this club at all. read more

Signed up for the trial class and received three missed calls, two voicemails and multiple text messages all in the span of 5 days. They were asking for my address and credit card info... for a trial class. At this point, a trial class shouldn't be this much effort and so much annoying communication. You can tell this is a place that gets you on their membership then you can never get out of it. I'm out, didn't even go to class after their incessant calls. read more

This morning, I was in a great mood when I got up to attend a trial class. However, I ended up learning a harsh lesson: there's no such thing as a free lunch! I wore my usual workout gear, all of which I can guarantee is proper athletic attire. But upon arrival, I was told I had to buy a pair of socks -- and at a hefty price! This was my first time attending a trial class, and before I even got to experience it, I was asked to pay for something completely unexpected. That's not a good sign. Later, they claimed this information was included in their email. Really? Apart from confirming the time, there was no mention of this at all. As a new business, I'm reluctant to leave a negative review, but your approach and attitude are completely unacceptable. You wasted my entire morning and left me with nothing but frustration. Best of luck to you, but I won't be attending your trial class. read more

Founding member here! I am almost 20 classes in and I absolutely love each class. The receptionists are very nice, the instructors are great! They are super helpful with fixing your form and giving tips/modifications when needed! I get the frustration about classes being booked, but definitely check the app first thing in the AM! I've already picked up a couple classes last minute especially if you live close. read more

I was one of the first to sign up to be a member after being told the studio would be opened in the summer 2024. Summer and fall came and went and the studio finally opened in December. I was out of town due to a death in the family for two weeks in December. And finally when I tried to sign up for classes, ALL were waitlisted. Not to mention nearly all classes in January are waitlisted too. What a waste of my investment. read more

I was interested in information when this location was first advertised. Once I gave them my information I was hounded by emails, calls, texts etc. I finally told them to please reduce the amount of times they call me. However it seemed that people maybe quit or moved elsewhere, because new people would continue to hound me. Once the location finally opened I went online to check it out, and as expected, all classes are Closed, waitlisted or full. Doesn't let you live a life of work out on a whim. I won't be circling back to this location or club any time soon. read more
