After being away from my…read morelong-standing yoga practice for about 10 years, I returned to Fusion Yoga during an extended stay while visiting my mom. Having purchased the 30-day pass, I've been practicing every chance I get over the past month, and it's been a truly transformative experience. Every instructor has been incredibly supportive, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment that has helped me reconnect with my strength, stability, flexibility, and sense of wholeness--just like I felt when I practiced daily years ago. The Fusion Yoga community is simply amazing, and I couldn't be more thankful for the space they provide to rediscover balance and wellness. Highly recommend--10 out of 10!

It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!

I first I was hesitant t because it was in a "mall" (but isn't everything in this area in some sort of mall?). The place is extremely clean, they have showers (which is convenient), and the room where the hot yoga takes place isn't "stinky" (for those who have taken hot yoga before you'll understand what I'm referring to). The instructor was kind and took the time to explain the poses. I'll definitely be returning.

My time in Florida was winding down. I needed one last shot of sunshine before I dragged my feet…read moreback to Boston, so when my host for the week suggested a kayak trip before heading to the Fort Myers airport, I agreed. The backstory I was given on the way: Happehatchee is a spiritual center run by a benevolent old lady who wants people to be happy, so she donated her land for community use. Pretty awesome if you ask me. Corkscrew Road is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it, room-for-one-car-only path into paradise. Past the parking lot and palm/bamboo trees you'll find a drum circle clearing, a rope bridge complete with jingling chimes and a meeting house for group activities. After a mini tour (the bouncy bridge made me just a sliiiight bit nervous, especially since a morning yoga class was just letting out), we headed for a freestanding rack of kayaks. Here's the deal: You take a kayak out. You return it. Simple as that. No one regulates the time you're out. The Center requests a donation, but ostensibly the activity is free. It's clear you're expected to not be an asshole and put things (oars, life jackets) back where you found them. I'm pretty sure being treated like an adult ensures that. For two hours we kayaked along the banks of neighboring Koreshan State Park. The people we passed in canoes and boats all waved. Everyone seemed happy, and why not? The sun was out, the breeze was cool. I was sad to leave such a peaceful place.
