Also, if you're a lady you don't have to worry about dudes oogling the spandex while you're trying to workout. The bathroom is super clean. Their free weights are great!

Which really allows you to cater your experience to which instructors work best for you (but honestly they are all great). There are people in every class of all body types and ages. I appreciate that the vast majority of movements we are doing, have modifications or advancements available, that the instructors tell you, so you can make it more or less challenging based on your own goals.

Business: Max Fitness…read more I was a member in good standing at Max Fitness for over five years without incident. Approximately two months ago, two individuals presented as independent trainers offered weekly personal training and daily meal preparation services. I was never informed that enrolling in or canceling these services could affect my existing gym membership. The promised services were not fulfilled. After an initial assessment, my trainer stopped providing training and follow-up by the third week. I canceled the training agreement during the fourth week due to nonperformance. Shortly afterward, Max Fitness notified me that my longstanding gym membership was also being canceled. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with the owner and corporate management, they refused to offer a reasonable resolution or address my concerns regarding misleading sales practices and undelivered services. I have since become aware of similar complaints from other members, raising concerns about potentially recurring business practices. Desired Resolution: I request reinstatement of my original gym membership without penalties, a formal review of the circumstances surrounding its cancellation, and an investigation into Max Fitness's sales practices, third-party training agreements, and treatment of members who dispute unfulfilled services.

A little coffee maker is available and a nice touch along with some drinks available for purchase for before or after a workout. Checkin on the iPad before you walk into the studio. Don't forget you have to wear grip socks for the workout! In the back is a bathroom and hooks with extra storage if you want to set your belongings down. The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time. I'd love to take advantage of the childcare available for purchase while you're working out!

BEST GYM FOR THE PRICE…read more Everything I needed for the basic membership of about $10 a month. Now that I am on Medicare Silver Sneakers I can even use the pools! Equipment is maintained well. If anything is amiss, tell the staff, and it will be fixed fast. Can't think of one machine that I would want that is not there. Outdoor pool is a real beauty. Will be using it this summer. Any problems Fitness 54 has- like people playing with their cell phones while occupying the weight machines- are a problem at every other gym I have been to.
