They have a variety of classes and dates/times. They have mats available or you can bring your own. They have props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc). There's a sauna and bathroom with a shower. They also offer massages. You can reserve a spot online, call, or walk in. They have different membership and drop in options. Military discount is also offered. Lots of parking. I start yoga as just another workout to try to better my physical health, but it has made an impact on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. The gym itself is great...getting out of the contract with the gym is not. We got stationed in Alaska and it took me several months to get everything squared away with the gym. I even had to pay a termination fee, which I was assured when I signed up I woudln't have to do, but it got to the point where I was just so fed up I did it to end the process.

Their cardio equipment is newer and looks much cleaner than at Max. This FFW is almost never crowded. I've never had to wait on a machine ever! The only recommendation I would make is to offer a Spin class. They offer Body Pump, Zumba, Pilates, and I think yoga but no Spin class which is the reason I have a membership at Max too. Also, if you're a lady you don't have to worry about dudes oogling the spandex while you're trying to workout. The bathroom is super clean. Their free weights are great!
