Everyone from the owner to the instructors (and the owner is also an instructor) to the fellow ladies aiming to better themselves around you are just wonderful. The weekly schedule is very convenient and there are even classes on the weekends. For you early birds, there are currently 3 5:30am classes. Don't be fooled by the dance studio appearance. We got stationed in Alaska and it took me several months to get everything squared away with the gym. I even had to pay a termination fee, which I was assured when I signed up I woudln't have to do, but it got to the point where I was just so fed up I did it to end the process.

Their cardio equipment is newer and looks much cleaner than at Max. This FFW is almost never crowded. I've never had to wait on a machine ever! The only recommendation I would make is to offer a Spin class. They offer Body Pump, Zumba, Pilates, and I think yoga but no Spin class which is the reason I have a membership at Max too. Also, if you're a lady you don't have to worry about dudes oogling the spandex while you're trying to workout. The bathroom is super clean. Their free weights are great!

I've been going for…read moreabout month now (8x per month), and I have found that each instructor has their own fantastic twist on exercises. Which really allows you to cater your experience to which instructors work best for you (but honestly they are all great). There are people in every class of all body types and ages. I appreciate that the vast majority of movements we are doing, have modifications or advancements available, that the instructors tell you, so you can make it more or less challenging based on your own goals.

When a company has to try to force you to continue a cancelled membership, that should speak volumes. Good companies have business practices that do not require strong arm tactics. The lack of customer service with Club Pilates is likely the reason so many folks in Auburn are going to their competitors.

A little coffee maker is available and a nice touch along with some drinks available for purchase for before or after a workout. Checkin on the iPad before you walk into the studio. Don't forget you have to wear grip socks for the workout! In the back is a bathroom and hooks with extra storage if you want to set your belongings down. The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time.
