I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's more than just a yoga studio it's a community. I'm a beginner yogi and I have always felt welcomed in every class I took here. Before you even enter you can start to feel a sense of calm and comfort. The instructors are amazing. If you let them know it's your first time they will show you around tell you about the class and props available. Definitely recommend for yogis of all levels. They have a variety of classes and dates/times. They have mats available or you can bring your own. They have props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc). There's a sauna and bathroom with a shower. They also offer massages. You can reserve a spot online, call, or walk in. They have different membership and drop in options. Military discount is also offered. Lots of parking. I start yoga as just another workout to try to better my physical health, but it has made an impact on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I signed up for the new student month special on Friday, 10/30 (did power hour core) and since then I've been to three other classes. They've all been great workouts that (to me) is a perfect balance of a strength and stretch!! The studio is great and has a relaxing vibe to it! The instructors are awesome and so sweet! The space is beautiful, inviting, and cozy. There's a changing area, place to store your stuff during class, complimentary water and tea (I love the wellness tea!) and a boutique too! I've already bought a prayer shawl (LOOOOVE it) and yoga pants (love the script on the bottom leg). I like that there's a newcomer special, first month (30 days from sign up) of unlimited classes for $40. I love that it gives me a chance to try out different classes and instructors. So far, I've only taken Alee's and Kristina's classes and really enjoyed both of their styles and approach to practice! I love the classes, the studio space, and mostly the warm atmosphere and vibe! What an amazing experience ! I've never done yoga before , I'm overweight and very out of shape. I felt so welcomed and even though I couldn't keep up in the class , the instructor helped me do less strenuous versions . I never felt judged or in anyway belittled for being a beginner at the age of 45! I would recommend this yoga studio to anyone interested in starting yoga for the first time. Clearly these ladies know what they are doing. I just can't say enough good things about them. I just signed up as a new student at RiverFlow and I don't know why I waited so long. I've never done yoga at an actual studio-just videos-and there is no comparison. This place is amazing! As a health care professional I am able to see so many benefits for this practice. I just signed my mom up even though she's just here for a few weeks. I love this studio! The classes are good for beginners but also challenging for people that have been practicing yoga for years. All of the teachers are so nice and sweet and have similar teaching styles but add their own unique touches to their classes. The studio is clean and opening. It's getting more popular and as a result the classes are getting fuller but that's ok, I love seeing more people see how beautiful practicing yoga can be. read more

While I've never liked exercise, I tried yoga a year ago and have been hooked! All of the staff are outgoing and friendly. I like the fact that they practice yoga with you while instructing you. I like how often classes are offered throughout the day, as well as the variety of classes offered, from the basics to more rigorous exercise. Makes finding an opportunity to attend a class so much more doable. The ambiance of the studio is that of a spa. Ambiance is important for me. Especially, at a place of relaxation and "me time". Such a beautiful studio - really helps to put your mind in the right place. It's also really nice of the studio to provide back-up mats, mat cleaner and essential oils in the restroom. Ooh, and, complementary hot tea.Such kind and generous gestures, inspire a welcoming and open environment. Staff are also super friendly and helpful, yet chill and genuine. I appreciate the help with poses during class, along with the positive dialogue. And the end-of-class little massages and chimes are so relaxing. By the end of class, no matter how vigorous it may have been, I feel like I do at the end of a relaxing meditation or massage. The teachers go above and beyond. Amazing. I love the music that's played during class. Also LOVE the lessons and stories that are shared throughout classes. It's my third class in and I've already had a couple ah-ha moments that have allowed me to rid some worry and stress and negative internal talk and all that. Amazing. Thank you! So much intention and work must go into creating this environment and providing all that is provided to your students. This is so much more than a yoga studio. For the third time - amazing. The classes are amazing. I know exactly what I'm signing up for when scheduling. Even when taking the same classes, I get a unique experience every time. It's never the same flow or message from the teacher, and I love that variability in my practice. The whole staff is so friendly and really makes me feel comfortable in the classroom and at large events. I'm a very shy person and have always been intimated by those who are more athletic than I am. River Flow is such a judgmental free zone that I feel comfortable doing exactly what my body needs that day, whether it's trying a new pose, going more intense in a pose, or just taking it easy for the day. I've also greatly enjoyed how much of a workout I get from the classes; they really get my blood pumping and sweat dripping! read more
