This lack of communication can really hurt a business's reputation. I finally received the refund on Saturday after numerous attempts.

Well I answered one of the questions and said no they don't follow social distancing or something like that b/c they didn't. I had been to other yoga studios in the area and they cut their class sizes in half to help distance people but yoga by blosstopia did not. Well I guess the owner, Lana, didn't like my response because she found my info in their database, since I attended classes there, and called me to discuss my "review" which wasn't even a review. It was just simply an answer to a question. I was very cautious during that time b/c I worked with people who were higher risk and couldn't afford to get covid myself so I always wore a mask when I was there which was fine. I don't expect other people to mask but it would have been nice if we weren't packed in there like sardines. (Side note - the floors are not padded at all, it's just concrete with peel and stick vinyl planks laid down so be sure to bring two yoga mats b/c it's hard on the knees.) She did ask if I'd like to zoom into the class if I wasn't comfortable and I told her that I was fine wearing a mask in class. I just thought it was important for people to know what they would be walking into before spending the money. She seemed very defensive and almost pissed that I told people the truth. I think the studio has changed owners since then and I hope to go back and see if things have changed for the better.

The instructors are great at informing students on exactly what they are doing in each pose. They have a heated room (which is the room I love, the hotter the better). But if the heat is not your think, they have multiple classes per day in the unheated room & evening classes that are low heat in the heated room. They have a full fridge of different cold pressed juices, cbd & thc beverages! The parking lot can get full quickly with AM classes, but the staff is great about giving other parking options like in the Popeyes parking lot!

There are so many different classes some from beginners to advanced, outdoor and on paddle boards, special events and yoga teacher trainings, which deepen your knowledge of yoga. My husband and I took the big step of becoming 200-hour yoga teachers at this studio and I can't say enough positive things about that experience. The quality of the teachers is amazing. They are always giving pointers to correct your form so you have a safer yoga practice and giving you the freedom to do what feels best for your b. My favorite classes are the yin, meditation and mixed level. Conveniently located in the strip mall on Hwy 96, this studio has a small grassy area for outdoor yoga and two studios inside. You never have to worry about getting a parking spot - there's plenty. You have the option of an unlimited monthly membership or you can buy a block of class passes. Another cool feature of this studio is that you can reserve a seat in class using the Mind Body app. Check out their website for classes, special events, and a little bit about each instructor. My latest favorite thing is their online studio where I can access many pre-recorded classes for when I am out of town. Endurance offers the best group fitness classes and a wide variety of times throughout all 7 days of the week to take the classes. I have a 3 and 9 year old, and they both love kids care! (This is included for free with your membership.) Also, my 9 year old has attended BodyFlow classes with me, and loves them. The instructors are so supportive of her. I do not personally use the fitness floor, but my friends that do only have great things to say about the top of the line equipment. I would encourage anyone to come try this place out. Membership is incredibly reasonable, as are their training packages.
