You will easily miss this place if you are not looking for it. The only signage is on the building (might be an ordinance) but I am always on the lookout for places that are tucked away. They advertised Italian night on Wednesday so I thought I would try them out. You can eat in but it is not a full service restaurant. Order at the counter, grab your silverware and condiments , then bus your own table. I was hoping for spaghetti and meat sauce but all of the dishes were made with rigatoni, I didn't even know what that was but really pasta is pasta just in different shapes and thicknesses. I got the chicken Riggie. Chicken , Italian sausage and pepperoni with cherry peppers covered in a vodka sauce. It came with a salad and bread for about 15 bucks. Once I ordered my expectations were really low. It looks more like a breakfast place that had a limited dinner menu. What I learned is what they do, they do well. The bread was great, the salad was not anything special and only served with Italian dressing, but the entree was fantastic. There were plenty of pieces of each kind of meat, There was enough sauce to compliment the pasta but not overpower it and the serving was so big I couldn't finish it all. I have a reputation for not leaving food. The staff was a little confused. The young lady behind the counter made an error on an order and did not know how to correct her mistake. No one helped her, she spent 10 minutes or so and finally figured it out. I had to ask about the special and was handed a menu, when I got ready to order there was a different lady at the counter, I assumed the other lady was new and frustrated by her mistake. The lady took my order and we talked for a few minutes, she told me the history of the place and the other establishments this family owns. She explained that she had worked for the parents and grandparents of the current owners and had come out of retirement to work part time because she missed the people. I asked her for an itemized receipt and she told me she could not provide me one. I told her that I needed it for work and could not eat there if she could not get me one. She called the first lady over who immediately printed what I needed. Bathrooms are a big deal, the kitchen typically resembles the condition of the bathrooms. There was room for 1 person but they were clean, nicely decorated and well supplied so I am sure the kitchen is as well. I expected a 2, gave them a 4 so they really exceeded my expectations.

This place is awesome! So many options for breakfast and has good portion sizes as well. It is a bit pricey but the staff were all friendly and got the orders out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for a good filling breakfast! They have lunch and dinner options and it looks like they do catering as well. Smoothies and açaí bowls are also available in addition to the yummy breakfast sandwiches and homemade bagels. Good outdoor seating options as well as booths and tables inside. It is a bit cramped inside but overall a very nice place to enjoy a bite to eat.

Food is usually pretty good here. You bus your own table, they call your name out when your food is ready and bring it to your table. The blues burger is pretty good (blue cheese and caramelized onions. Desserts are pricey and the bars in the showcase keep getting smaller and the price keeps going up, not sure what that is but I fully take notice. If you order a meal and pay extra for the sweet potato fries instead of regular fries that come with the meal you get half the amount of fries, which also makes no sense to me and I have mentioned it to the staff but they don't really have an answer for it. Overall it's a decent place for a meal. The beans and greens are pretty great as well.

Great place to grab breakfast! We were moving my youngest daughter into a nearby college and needed a quick bite. My girls got the breakfast sandwich and said they were awesome! I got a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese that was super spicy and fantastic! Definitely will return!!

What a wonderful way to carb load. Lol Wonderful, cheerful service, AMAZING baked goods, comfortable atmosphere. My husband and I both had the bagel with lox, cream cheese, capers, and onions. It was divine. The lox was very fresh and there was A LOT of it! He also had 2 eggs with toast made from their wonderful homemade wheat bread. It was delicious. I had to get a cookie as well, and was not disappointed. Shortbread with espresso baked right in and half-dipped in chocolate. It went perfect with my coffee. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Owner Tony Daddabbo, an Auburn native, honed his bagel-making skills in New York City at the popular "Columbia Bagel" just a few blocks from Columbia University. Daddabbo said the key to making an authentic New York City-style bagel is to keep it simple and fresh, using five simple ingredients: Water, yeast barley malt, syrup, salt and flour. Wife and I recently stopped into Auburn Bagel company to grab a quick bite before running some chores. It was around 1030AM on a Sunday, and there were already plenty of customers dining or ordering. We looked at the menu and my wife decided on a Bagel Weck sandwich on pumpernickel - roast beef, creamy horseradish and a side of aus jus for dipping, while I chose a chicken parm sandwich on a garlic bagel. The line to order moved quickly, employees were friendly, and our food was made relatively quickly, and we enjoyed our food - my only complaint was my bagel was a bit too toasted and crispy for my liking, but that's all preference and there was nothing wrong with the sandwich itself. We did think it was a tad pricey (over $12 for each for a bagel sandwich), but they were a decent size and were filling. We'd definitely return.

We chose to sit outside, the day was so beautiful. There are just a few tables. But they did a great job with the little space they have. The inside though is decorated really well, and has a cozy vibe. They sell a lot in that little space. Cold grab and go items, cool grab and go groceries, like Pierogis and such. I bought a bottle of their CBD Ice Tea. Delicious, refreshing. I also, ordered a pork sandwich on a roll, with Horseradish and tomatoes. You can order any fixings they offer, these were just my preferences. I forget what my guest had, but I took a picture. I liked the size of the sandwiches. Perfect light plate, for spending the day walking. I definitely recommend and will be back. They look perfect for a breakfast or lunch sandwich. We were there at 2Pm. I didn't make note of their hours. But I'm guessing they are more of a breakfast and lunch place. My conclusion was based on our difficulty choosing a sandwich because they were out of most of their baked breads. Which I would expect from a bakery/sandwich shop that closed at 3pm

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Honestly, it was one of the best bagels I've ever had. The bagel was incredibly soft with a perfectly crisp toasted exterior. It was so good that I bought a dozen bagels and a container of the jalapeño cream cheese to bring home. Unfortunately, the next morning I woke up with what appeared to be food poisoning and was sick for my entire flight home. I had frozen the cream cheese overnight so it would stay cold during my trip and refrigerated it again as soon as I got home. On July 17, my partner had an everything bagel with the same cream cheese, and they became sick the following day as well. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law ate one of the plain bagels and did not experience any illness. Because of that, I suspect the cream cheese may have been the source, although I can't say for certain. I'm giving 3 stars because of the apparent foodborne illness. The customer service, cleanliness, and the taste of the food were all excellent, and I genuinely loved the bagels. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience so the business can investigate if needed.
