A brawl broke out in the section and I got hit with a bucket across the outside deck. I slipped and fell. I have a hematoma under my thumb nail. Had to go to the hospital where they punctured a hole in my acrylic, then followed up with little needles to release the blood. Now I'm losing my entire thumbnail as the hospital advised. I have spent over $10k in my lifetime buying bottles and hookah from this establishment and when I got hurt they couldn't even offer me water. The manager what seems to be of middle eastern descent was disgustingly rude like we didn't just buy bottle service. With that said, this place is not for everyone. Sadly it was frustrating alone dealing with the parking situation. I parked so far away! Next, there was a band playing music, cool, but don't know any of their songs or the covers they were doing. The other room was 100% line dancing that if you didn't know it, you stayed off the dance floor and stand in place. There's a bull riding area that I saw a professional bull rider do tricks and that was cool and they intimidating. The drinks were really good and not overpriced! Star for that! And finally I just didn't have fun and I'm actually a dancer. I think you either love it or hate it. I didn't hate it, but I probably wouldn't come back again.

MY FRIEND GOT ROOFIED. MY FRIEND GOT ROOFIED. MY FRIEND GOT ROOFIED. There was also very clearly some operation happening outside where "homeless people" that were clearly just grifters kept getting sent to try and hassle people at the front door. I know for a fact that these people weren't actually homeless - as a homeless person wouldn't have left as soon as I looked them in the eye and called them a fake, they would've just called me an asshole and moved on about tryna get by. The fact that people kept fucking off and replaced by new ones everytime I clocked the hustle means I am correct - there was a shakedown operation happening out front. All the while? There was only one security guard - and all he did was check ID's. I'm sure the dude would've done more if he was properly equipped though. Y'all sincerely need to get your shit together. That was fucking awful. If you are a woman, or empathetic - do not come to this establishment. Apparently you do not have a choice in the matter, you will be manipulated somehow.

I came once before for a show and I had a great time! But…read morerecently I had a bad experience that left me feeling dark and empty, like the cycle of the moon was causing everyone around me to radiate negative and hateful energy. The interaction forced me to go home and watch Mr. Bean's holiday to remind me that there is good in the world. I came in at 1:15 which is late but the door was open and there was a DJ in the back playing music and like 7 people at the bar. The bartender was chatting with two people at the bar so I walked up. And the bartender gave me the dirtiest look that made me question if I had known him as a child and did something wrong to him because he looked at me like I was his number one enemy. Then he said "yeahhh we're like ..... getting ready to be done....." and I said "okay is there time for one drink? Or did you already do last call" Then he just kept looking off and said yeah no. We're done. And I said okay! No problem. I was curious what was happening in the back like if it was a DJ or karaoke or what because I hadn't seen the set up before and like I said I like this place for shows. I was just genuinely curious and I was preparing to leave no matter what but like F SAKE can a girl not ask a bartender a question about the establishment??? Again he looked at me like we had ancestral beef, like he had been hating me and my families bloodline for years. And he just kind of ignored me. And said something like "you can't just go back there and hangout" and I said "I know, I was just asking. I thought it might have been karaoke or open mic I didn't know you guys did that here" Then he ignored me. Like I was not trying to hangout and get a drink after he already told me no I was just curious because if there was karaoke I'd like to come back for it!!!! Then the woman he was talking to at the bar turned to me and said "have you ever been to Royal blue? You could go there" And idk how to explain but it was in the most condescending way ever, like you don't belong here or like she was talking to me like I was 5 years old?? Anyway I said okay thanks, I was just curious have a good night. And I left. And I left feeling the anxiety and humiliation in my tummy like I had just been bullied out of the cool kids lunch table. So. Sorry for bothering that bartender by asking 2 questions about the bar that he works at and sorry for whatever crime I apparently committed against you in our first cycles of life that made you absolutely HATE MY GUYS even though I was literally wearing my "please be kind to me" shirt. Now im too humiliated to go back and it was just sinister vibes. Sad.

It's super super divey and oddly really long. We also found some random Halloween decoration that we ended up dancing with. I guess there's food here because Yelp is offering it to me as an option to review, but I have never eaten here. The drinks are all well and you should not expect a drink anything faster than a beer or a well drink. I really liked how empty it was and the music was really made for us. I had a great time and I would definitely stop by again. It also feels like one of those places that's a fever dream.

Now that I have your attention, let me begin by saying Mirage is a very nice club by Baltimore standards. I appreciate the owners putting effort into the decor, the attention to detail is evident. Even after a few shots of "lemon drops" a sip or two or four of champagne and some other tasty libations I can't recall exactly how many, I was still able to stop and admire the entire place. The Mirage has Valet parking which is $20 I don't mind paying for the convenience, honestly I don't have time to find parking on a busy Saturday night downtown then hike it in 5inch heels to the club. Sorry that's not my "thing" but if you don't mind, there is a garage and parking lot in the vicinity. My birthday just so happens to fall two days before Halloween. So this particular Saturday night was a Masquerade/Halloween party. The place had a really good crowd of 25 and older everyone was partied respectively. I rented a VIP section for the night, my only gripe with VIP is the waitress should be more attentive. Well then again I really can't be upset with her because it looked as if she was the only one working the entire club. So let me re phase, the club needs to staff maybe one or two more waitresses, that way there is service for each VIP area. I will say the club promoters for that night really did a good job with the added entertainment. I would talk about who and what the entertainment was but unfortunately this a PG and Not!
