I was very impressed with the cleanliness, great customer service, and the organization of this place. They have barrels to sort your items that you bring in WITH WHEELS!!! That helps out when you have more than two barrels. They greet you with great attitude like they actually like their job unlike other recycling places. They don't try to be a fortune tellers and guess the weight of your items. They take their time to weigh it and give the correct information. The best part is THEY GIVE YOU A RECIEPT!!!! So you know exactly what's happening. We will be relocating all our recycling transactions with Clovis recycling center. Great job!!! read more

Went to recycle cans had 1 full bag emptied into container guy gave me paper that said 1 1/2 pound i asked that whole bag only weights 1 1/2 pound he tells me only we are having problems with scales was not going to tell me just let me get RIPPED off like all the people that were in front of me weighed on different scale was little over 4 pounds not a lot of money but it's they were using broken scales and not tell nobody will never go back. read more

Took in cans for my 95 year old grandmother and they tried to short us on her cans. At first they gave us money for 9 lbs of cans. I asked how many pounds did the cans weigh, he said 9 lbs. I said how much!!! And then he said Oh!!! I mean 25 lbs., I still think he shorted us on at least 5 lbs on the cans! Normally we get 30 lbs and we added more to the normal amount we take in. So I don't see how we had 25lbs when we normally get 30 lbs! We tried this place thinking it might be better! We are going back to recyco! read more

Best recycle place I've been to in Fresno/Clovis area. It's a recycle place so it's not squeaky clean but compared to bulldog recycling and the recyclo inc. it's a lot cleaner and organized. The 2 other spots were a complete dump. Also I like how they have the rolling bins available for you to put your cans into and roll up to the scales. Easy convenient recycling yard located near old town clovis. I been going here for years 5 star recycling.

Workers are nice. Obviously not super clean since it is a recycling place. Just don't wear the nicest clothes to recycle your stuff. And remember they close early. read more

You will not get rich off returning cans, but that's not the point. Friendly staff and clean location.

First time here and it was a good experience. They are very quick with their service. Put your recycling into big wheeled bins and wheel them up the conveyor belt. The sir at the belt was very helpful and friendly. The dude cashing out could have a little bit more pep in his step. read more

The people were really rude we had all of these beer bottles in this container and they said that it was the wrong container and so we had a move them all into another container... Mind you they saw us putting the bottles in the original container in the first place they could've said something... And then they kept on talking to each other saying we don't get paid enough for this...we don't get paid enough for this.. Weird... read more

Super busy but efficient! This was our first time here so I can't say anything about the time of the day or what weekdays are like but they were very busy on a Saturday at ~10:30am- we almost left and I'm glad we didn't. Super friendly staff guiding cars through the parking lot, we asked how their system worked as far as what items go into which bins and the man that helped us was very friendly about it. Their bins have wheels- huge plus. I saw a review about removing lids from plastic bottles which concerned me especially since I noticed quite a few lids on the ground but they didn't say anything about our lids so that was nice (maybe the other reviewer had a lot of bottles with liquid still inside). Really can't say enough how efficient these guys are. We appreciate that they're available on the weekends. Thanks guys! read more

I have come to this facility for years. I owned one in Santa Clara. Yes it stinks and could be kept cleaner but they are very polite and usually good at their job. My complaint is that I usually come during the week. But this time had to wait until after work. Being a Saturday I was unsure of the hours so I checked the website which clearly stated they were open on Saturday at the Jefferson Ave facility until 4:45. We then loaded up the truck and proceeded down there. We arrived at 3:40, only to find the gates closed and they weren't allowing anyone in. I tried to call, no answer. I tried to send an email via there website only for it to kick it back because the mailbox is full so I assume they aren't handling their business. We consider our time very valuable, as I am sure most people do. If this is how they do business I will go elsewhere. read more

Best recycling center hands down! Facility is clean organized and the process is very simple and efficient. You just dump your material into the rolling bins then roll them over to the employees to be weighed then they give you a ticket to give to cashier and you leave with cash in hand! Absolutely no customer service at this place the people were rude stinky messy place I think they shorted me on my money cuz I didn't go along with their plan of putting 800 pounds of bottles into their containers to make it easy because the place on Hobbit Avenue is closed on Saturdays and can accommodate me with putting a bin behind my truck I'm going to take my stuff elsewhere this place sucks read more

They rip you off by rigging the scales. I brought 4 lbs. in and they said it was only 1 lb. They don't pay for plastic only aluminum and glass. The clerk is aloof and rude. There's always a long line. They're highly overrated and I'll never go there again. Go to the one on Hoblitt and you'll get more for your cans. read more

They change what they take on a weekly basis, one week they take non CRV plastic, the next they don't etc...it's never consistent.
