When they finally did arrive, they emptied the containers but left trash lying around and the containers were sitting out on the parking lot, not put back in their spots. I took pictures. We pay a monthly bill for this service. What is going on? IN ADDITION, they came out twice and what appeared to be a manager, maybe(?). Fist bumped the employee as if a good job was done. NO. There was trash piled up Behind the dumpster also. DO YOUR JOBS!!!!

I love this service. I have been known in the past to bag up clothes to donate and drive around…read morewith them in my car for days or even weeks. Just porch it makes it so easy for me not to do that. The process to schedule a pick up was so super easy and fast. I love that they came one or two days later. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait a long time for them to come pick up my items. I left the items next to my front door and they came and picked up my bags on time. I had seven or eight large trash bags, stuffed with shoes, clothes and a couple of purses. I also loved when the pick up driver picked up my items, he didn't just throw them in the truck. He placed them in the truck, that shows that he cares about what he is doing. I will definitely be using them again next go round of cleaning out my closets, and I will also be suggesting just porch it to all of my friends.
