My girl went in to get a piercing & was lil excited but nervous but not her first time. The girl that did it seemed to know what she was doin was very nice answered questions very attentive. When it came to doin it she didn't wear a mask when your that close to a customer face you should wear one. She seemed to be having trouble putting it in & it started bleeding a lot but she kept calm & explained everything what was happening. On the other hand my girl was nervous cause her asking around & friends & people she knows only took lil over a minute not almost 7min!! & she didn't show her the size diamond she wanted. I was very satisfied with Guadalupe's work. Everyone in the shop was super cool. The artist was very skilled and it came out great. I highly recommend Clovis Ink Tattoo. I went 2 or 3 times to schedule with Guadalupe and ask the shop questions and they were all really cool people. I had really hard time picking what artist I wanted to work with because all their work is so good. I've heard from my friends that they're really good and I have to agree. Overall, I had a really positive first experience. I expected the pain to be far worse. The artist that worked with me checked in with me to see if I needed breaks which I didn't. He worked basically the whole time through with the exception of needing to change needles and what not to shade in the color. So far it's healing very well too. My skin isn't even sagging or anything like I've been told by others is possible. Not sure if that's my skin or what. I am considering going to them for future tattoos since my first was very easy and a positive experience. read more

I went with 2 friends to get ear piercings done by Sarena. It was relatively easy to book appointments, we did it through her Instagram page ~4 days prior for 1pm on a Tuesday. When we arrived, we immediately began filling out paperwork and got our piercings done within 15 minutes. Sarena was very patient with our questions. The piercing process itself was also incredibly quick and relatively painless, in contrast to my previous experience with ear piercings at other places. I cant speak about their tattoos but the piercings here suck. I used to go here when sarena was there and never had a bad experience but now that she is has left, i have been so disappointed. The jewelry is clunky, bad quality, and ugly. Every person I have talked to has made me feel so stupid and just plain horrible. To top it off, they are almost never open. I went after I was off of work, looked up their hours and they were supposed to be open for another 4 hours but when i went, doors locked and unfortunately this was not a one time occurrence. I am disappointed their professionalism and service. I am never going here ever again. read more

A couple of months ago I went as a walk in for a nose piercing. I got it done by Sarena, and at the time I thought the placement was okay due to having a small stud in. Now that I've got a hoop in I can see how terrible the placement really is. Definitely too low and far back on my nostril. I've also had her do my second lobe piercings and she failed to check my ear properly and ended up piercing through my scar tissue from a previous ear piercing. Would not recommend any of the piercers here. read more

Made an appointment with their piercer for 3 people and she didn't even show up to her own place of business. Sat and waited for her and she never responded to the dm's about when she'd be there. It was around 5:15pm when she messaged my daughter saying she wasn't going to be there until 3pm or whatever she messaged me at 6pm saying she got mixed up. Pierced my daughters ears, appointment was at 2:45pm got there at 2:41pm waiting patiently inside asked it 3:00pm was okay cause I was waiting for father to be present. I was told pierced Candice was running a bit late. Decided to wait it would be the only day I would be able to do it while on leave and father to be present. At 3:30pm we went to a nearby business came back still no Candice, went to get food ate outside. Candice showed up at 4:10pm, I went back inside at 4:30pm since I wasn't the only person waiting a girl was waiting to get her belly pierced. Long story short my daughter got her ears pierced at 4:45pm two hours from our appointment time. Owner nor Candice apologized for the wait no discount was given nothing. No saline was offered cause it was sold out. My daughter's ears look nice, just wish the customer service was better. read more

I said No I'm here because I have an appt with Serena. Both girls were rude and cold. Not welcoming at all. The girl that actually ended up doing my piercing was very sweet and polite. The girl who pierced my daughters nose and did her industrial ear piercing Serena was very unprofessional. Even though my daughter is a minor she never came out to show me her piercings she just went onto the next client that was waiting for her. When we went home that evening my daughters nose piercing was out in less than 24 hours. We called Serena to let her know what happened and she said come back in three weeks after it's healed and will repierce it. Little did we know that she planned on re-charging us for the piercing. She claims that once you leave the shop and you have looked at your piercing and you're OK with it that it's out of their hands what happens next. Went to clovis ink yesterday to get my smiley done, once i got home i realized how horrible the placement was. Went back the next day to ask for a refund and they said they don't do refunds. i doubt the place even hires piercers with permits. Two of my other friends who went there also had horrible experiences with getting their septum's pierced. If anything don't go here for piercings. I recommend Fresno tattoos and piercings. Got my nipples pierced here a week ago and was unsatisfied about the placement. I'm currently in LA for vacation so I stopped by a reputable piercing shop and had the pierced take a look. She mentioned to me a couple of things: first, the placement was completely off. Too deep and wasn't even on my nipple but on my arreola. Second, the jewelry was low grade. And third, this piercer did NOT know what they were doing. She advised me to take them out and let it heal for 3 months and repierce again. Sad to say that I should've learned my first time around since this was my second time going to her for my nipple piercings. I would rather drive 300 miles than come back to her. read more

got my tragus pierced there a couple months ago. the swelling never went away even tho i clean it properly everyday. The lady pierced it crooked and the bar was way too short! the ball ended up coming off so i went into another shop to get it put back on. the bar was so short and so tight the balls on it ended up making indents in my ear and the piercer at the other place couldn't even get the ball back on and ended up having to switch it to a way longer post. the indents where filled with fluid and it was so hard for her to get the new post in because it was pierced so crooked!! definitely don't recommend this place. read more
