The piercer was very chill and made sure that I was comfortable with the placement of my piercings. Used needles to pierce my helix first which I'm glad because I thought that would be the most painful piercing. Turns out it wasn't bad as I thought it was (maybe because of my adrenaline going up). Then also used the needle with the third lobes, which went very quick. The prices for the piercings were not bad and reasonable. Would recommend getting a piercing here. I'm thinking about my next piercing already, but waiting for my current piercings to heal

As they say, first impressions are everything. I love the logo and the store front is inviting. With a big "TATTOO" sign in green on the front and clean windows, it was comforting to see they keep their space clean. We were greeted upon arrival and took a seat to wait. When it was our turn, even as a walk in, the process was super easy. You scan a QR code and check in, sign an agreement and request a service. Nose piercing came to a total of $75. The work itself was done professionally. Ricky made sure to sterilize everything. He worse gloves and was an all around cool guy. We chatted about music and that calmed my nerves. I've gotten piercings before but it's been a while and I'd never done my nose before. Anyways, it was a fun experience and I think it came out great. Ricky made sure to ask me to give a big cheesy smile so he could get the placement right. Which made sense because your nose flares when you smile! Then after we walked to Vallarta to grab a drink and Ross after that. It's a great location with lots to do in that shopping center but of course stop here and get some work done! Ask for Ricky.

To start, I went to get my rook pierced at the end of September. There is only one lady that…read morepierces there. She was fine, no problem with what she did but she did give me an after care for tattoos, not piercings. However, when I came back to get it checked because I noticed something wrong, was the problem. I first contacted her by phone number. I sent her a picture of my piercing, clearly showing that my ear was rejecting it. She tried blaming me saying that it was obvious I had taken out the jewelry too early and that is what caused the problem. I had in fact not taken it out at all and cleaned it every day. I am experienced in cleaning piercings because I have 10 others. When I came in person for her to take it out, she then tried to blame me again saying that I should have came in earlier and taken better care of it. Mind you, it was not infected whatsoever. After, when she tried taking the piercing out using tools it slipped and she wasn't successful. She then started YANKING on my piercing MULTIPLE times and pulled it STRAIGHT THROUGH MY SKIN!! It hurt SO BAD! I quite literally started crying! She proceeded to say, " Oh look, it just came right out." And " At least you don't need stitches." I did not come there to get my earring ripped out of my ear. If you want or are thinking about getting a piercing here, I would NOT recommend in case something goes wrong!!

I had a hoop with a ball that was put on with plyers and I couldn't get it off. The fee to change your earring for you is $5, which I didn't mind. The store does have a pretty nice selection of body jewelry and they also do piercings. I told the girl that worked there that I was looking to replace my earring with a stud. She was super helpful and told me what size it was and showed me all my options.. I ended up buying two earrings, just to have. The process to change the earring was so fast and easy I felt like I could have done it. I loved how the new stud looked and felt better right away. However, the earrings I was sold were the wrong size and too small. Although I loved the earring and the stud was cute it kept getting lost in the hole, yuck! I went back again and got a bigger size. It does the job but it's way to long for this spot. Not a good selection in 14g.

Shortly after I got it pierced my piercing started to embed INTO my skin. I had to take it out and it left a bad scar. I do not recommend this place , they do not give a proper aftercare routine , they don't check for anatomy which is EXTREMELY important , they do not give the right jewelry and they charge extra to have better jewelry during healing process. I left the place paying $80 for a navel piercing when it was originally $30.
