I had gotten a vertical labret in 2023 and it was crooked :( my face is slightly asymmetrical and it's mostly my mouth that is slightly off to the redt of my face, so the piercer had pierced it symmetrical to my mouth but not to the rest of my face LOL i really noticed it was crooked when I smiled. on the other hand, piercer was super calm and friendly. would definitely recommend her. might go back again and hopefully get it done right. read more

I'm sure they probably do nice work. But, my minor daughter was just in their shop this afternoon and they pierced her without a parent's signature or permission. It's a real shame that they have such little regard for the law when every other shop we have been to is very thorough with this issue. Don't use them. read more

It was Monday I went in to get a piercing which in normal days is 20 dollars but on mondays they take 10 off a piercing. The guy at the front even told me it was ten off but the piercer first off pierced my piercing crooked but as I already went through the pain I kept it in. And afterwards she charged me 20 bucks even tho it was a Monday. I'm a very shy person who can't really stand up for themselves so I just paid it but I left there feeling very disappointed and kinda sad that after all that anxiety only to have a crooked piercing and be down 10 bucks. Don't go I guess you get what you pay for and make sure to ask the piercer what you are gonna pay before you get pierced so you don't get blindsided like I did. read more

Came in for three upper lobe piercings and was estimated at $25 each, which was the best price I was given at the time. Sean was the one to help me and he was very professional and made sure I was okay the whole time. He ended up discounting the price for me and answered all the questions I had upon cleaning my ears and when I can change the piercings. Was actually waiting to review because I was hoping I would've heard back from my artist and all would be rectified. I reached out to Sal who referred me to another artist, Israel. Two of us went to get a small tattoo on our fingers ($80ea) and we were told it may fade but we could come back in for a touch up. We had the first appointment but didn't actually sit in the chair til about 30min later. Our artist was late and we had to wait for him to set up. Sufficed to say, we were very happy with our tattoos and very excited to have our symbolism displayed. BUT two weeks in, we needed the touch up. Mine faded slightly in some areas. But the other person's is almost completely gone. It's now been about a month since I reached out for the touch up and still have not received a call-back or text. Super disappointing! So I will give 4-5 stars for the art and 0-1 star for the customer service. That averages to the 2-ish stars. Put a big damper on our sentimental event. read more

So in 2011 I got snake bites done here they were super crooked so I ended up taking them out then about 8 yrs later I go back I mean it had been 8 years maybe give them another chance my piercer back in 2011 was a dude but 8 yrs later it was it was a chick 2019 first off I'd like to start off by saying she had long ass nails like idk how u can pierce with that second the lady who was before us came back in for a quick second to tell the piercer her ear was bleeding and needed a tissue so piercer grabs a paper towel and places it on the lady's bleeding ear with her long nail then piercer didn't wash her hands and put gloves on to pierce us I was like umm wtf ok but at least she had gloves on I guess so she prepared for the piercing I was getting eyebrow done she makes the dots and says is this spot ok I look in mirror then at my friend and we almost laughed because she really tried to pierce the middle of my eyebrow so I guide her where I think is better then I ask her hey is it ok if u make it small because I want a small bar once it's done healing she goes um no eyebrow rings only come in one size u won't get a smaller size bar anywhere I was like ok whatever there's like 4 different sizes but ok so she does it then it's time for my tongue she pierced my tongue and my friends and then we leave we go next door to get ice for our tongues oh and mind you this lady piercer was kinda rude no personality not friendly almost robot like like she was just rushing through her day to get a paycheck so we get in the car after getting ice and I look in the mirror I immediately notice my eyebrow piercing is kinda off like she placed one side to close to my lid and kinda slanted but whatever not to bad I guess then I examined my tongue I was like wtf it's crooked so my friend checked hers and she noticed the same about hers I'm like wtf so I go home and go through the healing process for 2 months I still am upset because it's crooked it was so bad the webbing of my tongue would grab the bottom of the piercing irritating it then because it was so badly diagonal it started to slice the bottom hole so I had to take it out it's been 4 years and I still have a scar and idk if I can get it re pierced because of the scar and sometimes how my tongue feels from the scar read more

We went back in and asked the girl about it and she said the hole was straight ... well yes it is BUT the left side is too close to the front of her nose :( it does not hang straight and NO the ring is not bent funky making the hole look lopsided. I came in so scared and nervous! I'm talkin' beyond scared and nervous. When she ( I'm so sorry I forgot her name ) was doing the placement of my piercing she was So Comforting and Professional! I'm not going to lie.. It hurt! But! She went as fast and slow as I asked her too. She is So Nice! I had also asked for a different piercing and she told me that she wasn't comfortable performing that particular piercing. I had told her I had it done before but removed it. She told me the reasons why she wasn't comfortable doing the piercing and I was upset but so appreciative. She told me that she's not in it for just money but it's her art! Man! Y'all! She's Amazing!
