Prices are very reasonable, $50 for 60 minutes and $75 for 90 minutes. But if you use card there will be a $2 extra fee. They also always use hot stones briefly as part of the massage. When it comes to tipping, they do have a suggested guide based on how happy you were with the massage, around $10, $15, or $20 and up. My visit today was the best one yet. I was a walk-in, they accommodated me but I did have to wait about half an hour. I'm really ticklish around my lower back and end up squirming and giggling during massages which takes me out of relaxation, but that didn't happen at all this time. I was actually able to fully relax, and my therapist hit all the right spots. She applied the perfect amount of pressure I needed and really worked on the problem areas on my back. I believe it was my first time with her but I can say she definitely had great technique. I left feeling relieved and much better. There's a small parking lot in front with more parking in the larger plaza behind it. Def a great option if you need a straightforward, thorough massage. Will be back again :)

For the past year, l've been a regular client at Jin's Massage after suffering a serious accident…read morethat injured my left leg. I first started coming here around December of last year looking for real therapeutic help, and I can honestly say the professionalism, consistency, and work ethic at this place are the reason I continue returning. I've had sessions with Nina, Anna, Emma, and Cassie, and every one of them has done an outstanding job. They are respectful, professional, focused, and genuinely hardworking. Cassie especially stands out to me. She is quiet, humble, and incredibly dedicated. She doesn't spend time talking or distracting herself-she simply puts her head down, focuses on the work, and gives everything she has from beginning to end. In today's world, that kind of work ethic deserves reconnition and respect. What I appreciate most about this business is the professional atmosphere they maintain every single day. There is no nonsense, no uncomfortable environment, and no inappropriate behavior --just legitimate massage therapy from people who truly work hard at what they do. You regularly see women, men, and couples coming here comfortably, and that alone says a lot about the reputation and trust this place has earned in the community. also want to address something I hear people complain about far too often: tipping. Before criticizing gratuity, try giving someone a deep tissue massage for 60 to 90 minutes yourself. It is physically exhausting work that requires strength, focus, patience, and endurance. Even five minutes of massage work takes effort, let alone an hour or more of nonstop physical labor focused entirely on helping someone else feel better. What many customers fail to consider is that these therapists are not performing one massage a day-they are often working back-to-back sessions for 8 to 10 hours straight. That level of physical effort and endurance takes a real toll on the body. The fact that they continue showing professionalism, patience, and quality service throughout the day deserves genuine respect. Personally, I believe if someone helps reduce your pain, stress, or physical discomfort, that effort deserves to be appreciated properly. When people leave tiny tips after receiving quality service and real relief, it honestly says more about the customer than the therapist. These women work extremely hard, and respectful compensation should reflect that. To everyone at Jin's Massage: thank you for your professionalism, consistency, hard work, and the care you've shown me throughout the last year. Places that maintain this level of professionalism and dedication are rare, and the people behind that deserve genuine appreciation and respect.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip. I somehow feel more tense than before I walked in there and hoodwinked and bamboozled out of $150. I didn't argue and just left. My husband told me he had an equally terrible experience. I've been to dozens of massage places and I never had the urge to leave a bad review for a single one, because no matter how mediocre the work, I still appreciate that someone would take the time to give me healing touches. But these ladies were not happy about us being there. I get the feeling that they're not interested in what we came in for and that we were not their typical clientele (wink, wink). So yeah, I mean if that's what you're into, by all means go there. But if you want an honest-to-god massage, there are plenty of other places that'll do a better job for the same price.

This post won't be any different All I have to say is I paid this chick to perform an hour massage and she tried to pass 17 minutes for 60 minutes . 17 damn minutes at the price of an hour massage? Foooooools! I'm quite wily when it comes to spending any money - especially at these kinds of places - so yes - if you go to these places without timing the experience to make sure you're getting your moneys worth - you're a sucker, but I digress. When I complained, the lady feigned ignorance - and tried to dismiss my point - despite my proof. Then, her partner came in to correct the issue - saying she would complete the hour - but the damage was done. I think what bothered me the most was they refused to allow me to confirm my final amount on my receipt I literally had to snatch it from their hand and threaten to leave this review - which I've decided to leave since Yelp! consistently encourages me to do so I left this spot and genuinely hope all you fellas reading this avoid it, too. Honestly, there are much better places that "offer" what they tried to persuade me with any damn way if you catch my meaning... If you're looking to get taken care of - so you can go back and battle life - this place ain't for you. Factos.

My first ever massage experience and it was amazing!!…read more I went in for a shoulder, neck, and upper body massage and was honestly a little nervous since it was my first time ever getting one. Mia made the experience really comfortable and checked in during the session, especially when placing the hot towel, which I really appreciated. She used firm pressure, which was much needed with the tension I was carrying and afterwards I could feel such a huge difference. I know one session won't magically fix everything, but I left feeling so much better and noticeably relaxed. I literally sat in my car afterwards to soak in the sun because I felt so relaxed Overall, such a great first experience and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I visited this place because my regular therapist was fully booked, but unfortunately, I had an…read moreextremely disappointing experience. The massage itself lacked any proper technique, provided zero relief, and I left in just as much pain as when I walked in. Beyond the poor service, the business practices were completely unprofessional: CBD Oil Add-On: I agreed to a $20 upcharge for CBD oil. The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I have been coming here since they opened. Everyone that works there is so kind and the place is…read moreextremely clean. I have MS and have been having a very bad flare and got a 90 min massage with Sonia yesterday and it was so amazing. So good I went back today. They told me she wasn't available ( not really their fault they thought I have seen someone else yesterday) so I just booked with who ever was available. I have never stopped mid massage before but it was causing so much pain. She was on top of me for at least 15 mins and I just figured once that part was over it would probably start to feel good. It did not, my skin was numb from her excessive rubbing extremely fast. It almost felt like my eight-year-old was giving me the massage. I was starting to get lightheaded and thought I might throw up. I felt so bad telling her to stop, but I'm in so much pain that I couldn't risk feeling even worse than I already do. I planned on paying full price and tipping her as if the 90 minute massage had actually happened. The guy at the front desk was great. He refused to let me pay them. I did however tip her for 25 ish mins. They then let me know that Sonia was in fact available and there and free at the moment and she then did the Massage. She is amazing. I feel so much better now and the guy at the front desk was amazing with getting that all situated. I was truly ready to just go drive to another massage place so glad I didn't have to.

A friend of mine recommended the massages at Elite Spa because we both enjoy deep tissue massages…read more I've come here twice and plan to come here once every 1 to 2 months. I get sore from running and the massages have helped greatly. My first visit, i booked with Nancy but she was not available so they switched to a male masseuse. I wasn't comfortable with a male masseuse especially because they only cover us with a thin sheet. They did provide a female masseuse afterall thankfully. My second time coming, I got a female masseuse. For some unknown reason, the male worker opened each room, including the room I'm in. He should knock first. I wish there was more sensitivity to privacy. Both times, the massages were great, the facility is clean, and the staff are friendly. Very firm and exactly where I needed the massages. That's the reason why I keep returning here.
