I'm super bummed about this review because their customer service is FANTASTIC! I received an email…read morefrom Groupon for this company and since I needed carpet cleaning at 2 houses I decided to give them a shot at one before booking both. Even though I only have one room one hallway stairs and a small inlay I purchased the three bedroom one hallway Groupon that allows you to substitute one bedroom for stairs & I substituted another bedroom for the small inlay downstairs. I thought it was a Great deal for 70$ plus 20$ tip! The person I spoke to when I called was AWESOME. They were polite, informative & all around very pleasant, making an appt was quick & easy. The person who came to my home to clean the carpets was also fantastic, polite, courteous. This review is in no way representative of their customer service b/c they have great customer interactions. Since I read on their page that the carpets can take twenty four hours to dry I scheduled my appt early in the day when I knew I could leave the property & not return for more than 24 hours allowing them to dry completely before moving furniture back in. The entire cleaning from the time he pulled up to the time he drove away was approx 45 minutes. (The carpet is beige upstairs & a darker shag brown downstairs & will be 2 years old next month, never shoes & no animal mess as all our pets are older & house broken & we have our carpet professionally cleaned routinely) When we returned to the property about 36 hours later the first thing we noticed when we opened the door was the smell, like musty mildewy rather than clean & deodorized. The movers asked about the smell as well & if the carpet was still wet. We checked & it was not, just smelly with an abnormal texture. I don't allow shoes in the house & my movers couldn't wear booties for safety reasons (slippery) so they covered all carpet with clean runners to protect it. My carpet has always been soft to the touch as it isn't very old. After drying it feels very rough, course & crispy. Also, although it seemed ok when wet, once dry just looking at it you can see it is far from clean. My son accidentally knocked his ice water off the coffee table the night we moved back in & I was really surprised to see what came up on the cloth pictured. I laid down a brand new microfiber towel and just stepped on it to soak up the water after he picked up the ice cubes. We had the carpets cleaned on 10/2/29 & he spilled his water just over 40hrs later. I'm not sure if it's a normal outcome, an outcome as a result of being a Groupon or just an isolated incident but it's a bummer none the less. I really enjoyed the people & was looking for a new regular carpet cleaning company. Maybe avoid Groupon & book directly? Im not super savvy with Groupon but sometimes I notice people's experiences with companies aren't great when they use one.

Absolutely an incredible service!…read more We had our carpets cleaned yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team came in, did a thorough walk-through, and used a special light to show us all the hidden pet pee spots our little dogs had left. They recommended adding their specialized pet treatment alongside the standard cleaning and gave us a fantastic deal on the package, so we went for it. We had 3 bedrooms, dining, & living room carpets cleaned. The technicians Chris & Tho were friendly, fast, and remarkably detailed. I honestly didn't realize how poorly our personal carpet cleaner was working until I saw what a professional job looked like.. the air in our house immediately felt fresher! We woke up this morning to a home that smelled amazing and felt completely revived. We will definitely be booking them again soon. Next up, the tile cleaning!

He was very understanding, and I was the first customer of the day. He also made sure to give me a 30 minute heads up before he arrived. We walked through the house, and he took note of the areas of concern, and then went over everything one more time. On the day of service, he arrived promptly and we did a walk-through of the property. As the service was being performed, he took pictures and sent them to me so that he can see the progress. Very professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. Not only do they do upholstery, they do other things as well. 10/10
