I pleaded with them to make a purchase to be shipped since normally they don't do this. I explained my fiance is a veteran and had some medical challenges lately. I wanted to purchase this 20 oz Yeti Rambler that was Olive Army Green to engrave for her and bring up her spirits. The manager coldly declined. I asked again offering to purchase multiples to make it worth their while again explaining how this would bring up my fiance's spirits during the holiday season only to find that the manager hung up on me. It became apparent that they don't care about supporting a Veteran or treating people with any level of respect. And they acted like this during the holiday season literally the day before Christmas.
