I had a very disappointing experience with this notary service. I paid $30 for their help, but they…read morewere unprepared and unreliable. The same day, I ended up having to pay the sheriff's office $52 to complete the service anyway. The notary tried to charge both parties even though I had already paid, and at one point accused me of not paying, calling me dishonest. Fortunately, the sheriff's office confirmed I was a paying customer and continued the process. Later, the business promised to resolve the issue by notarizing a letter, but then canceled on the day of the appointment and said they would refund me on 8/20/25. That refund never came. I also received an intimidating phone call from her husband, who dismissed the importance of online reviews. The next day, the notary called me again and brought up my personal matters, which I found very unprofessional. In the end, I had to take my business to a different notary who was reliable, professional, and straightforward. I would caution anyone seeking notary or legal services to look elsewhere. They even tried to bump into me when I was waiting for an elevator first and cut infront of me and closed the elevator in my face and were very emotional rather than professional.
