Now i owe due to their gross incompetence. I do not recommend this company at all as they are terrible at communication, terrible at customer service, and they never filed my taxes. He helped me set an appointment online (which I just returned from) and in a matter of minutes helped me to better understand how to handle it. When I arrived, it looked like he was in the middle of a meeting with some associates or a board of some kind. Even though that was the case, he jumped up to greet me and welcomed me to the office. It wasn't much longer before we went to his office and talked about why I was there to visit. So instead of panicking I called prospect financial solutions who I have been working with for the last 10 or so years. It was the last day to do it and to top it off it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
