She was prompt to help me, and assist me notarizing some important documents that would protect my dad's property. My dad was diagnosed with liver cancer six months ago, and as it is expected sent to hospice care recently. He bought a house eleven years ago, and he is the only one on the title of the house. If he passes away, my mom, will end up not only loosing him, but loosing the house they have paid and lived for all over these years. In desperation I contacted Yvonne and asked her to come over to the hospice care facility my dad is in to notarize the documents that would add my mom to the title of the house.
