Yvonne Castro is not just a professional in her field, but a exceptional human being. I got her…read moreinformation from Yelp and I called her to get urgent assistance. She was prompt to help me, and assist me notarizing some important documents that would protect my dad's property. My dad was diagnosed with liver cancer six months ago, and as it is expected sent to hospice care recently. He bought a house eleven years ago, and he is the only one on the title of the house. If he passes away, my mom, will end up not only loosing him, but loosing the house they have paid and lived for all over these years. In desperation I contacted Yvonne and asked her to come over to the hospice care facility my dad is in to notarize the documents that would add my mom to the title of the house. She agreed without hesitation. In a matter of two days the problem was solved, and now my mom and my family can enjoy a peace of mind as we saved our house. If it is true, that my dad will go be with the Lord, now he can move forward knowing that his loved ones have been taken care of. There are things that money can't buy, and finding people who will get out our their way when one need it the most is the most precious things one can find. Thank you Yvonne, I will be always grateful. May God prosper you in everything you do. May God bless you and your family above and beyond. Claudia Guardado and family June, 2017

I had an idea how much additional withholdings we would have to send the IRS and FTB, but Tom came in with a lower amounts, which we sent the IRS and FTB. Also, because of the new 2025 S.S. "credits" I trusted his numbers. Not only did we not send in enough, but when we sat down to do our taxes we had to pay an additional $2,660 to the IRS and $1,179 to the State!!! AND, he added a $269 IRS Penalty on our 1040 form. The IRS corrected his mistake and refunded this amount back to us!!! I know our situation was complicated, but that's why I went to a professional (???). Too many mistakes made for me to return to Lyzet's again.
