Great vibe! Friendly and welcoming staff. There are a lot of drink options, but they let us try a few tasters before making our order. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and got to hear a couple local bands. Will definitely go back. read more

I live super far away but I still remember my visit to Cloud Mountain. I love kombucha and it's something I drink every week. But Cloud Mountain's kombucha is the freshest, most delicious kombucha I've ever had. They create creative flavor combinations. I can't wait to stop by again soon! read more

Cloud Mountain is amazing!! The customer service is amazing, the owner gave me descriptions of their process for their Kombucha and then let me try as many as I wanted!! I don't love kombucha and came with my friends but it exceeded my expectations! So many flavors (especially peach) are more on the juicy side so it's nice for someone who doesn't love kombucha to have options! There is option for half pint and full pint so you can try a bunch. Great vibes, lots of space and there's also a bakery/coffee shop attached. Definitely come here and check it out! P.S. the hackberry is from a berry tree from the owners own backyard! read more

I didn't think I liked kombucha until I was lucky enough to come across cloud mountain. They have also done such a great job with the space! Excited for Lincoln Mall to grow with awesome businesses like this. read more

I ordered a power bowl, with the dressing on the side and added tofu. It was effectively a large bowl of black rice -- a meal unto itself -- topped with slightly chilled vegetables. The guacamole and slaw that came on it were crisp, and they mixed into the rice to give it a texture both smooth and crunchy. On the other hand the sweet potatoes, lentils, and tofu were cool and mushy, like they had been cooked the day before and just come out of the fridge. They warmed party in the rice. The flavors were mild, except for the dressing. I'm glad to have ordered it on the side because it overwhelmed everything else with vinegar. The ingredients generally seemed to be a couple days old. The green onions were dried out though firm, and the sourdough it came with was a bit stale. In the future, I will probably stick with the small bowl, which cuts down on the rice.

Asked staff multiple times about the order with different excuses, eventually being ignored. Food is decent - it's a great option to have in town, but never again with that level of service. Wasted my entire lunch hour waiting.
