They offer drive up and delivery as a convenience to the customer, great but they can never deliver or bring out to the car in a timely manner and instead of being apologetic, they blame being short staffed and everything else besides an apology. Would not recommend ordering from this place. They state that your order is on its way, dodge your phone calls and close after 3 hours go by without updating you on said order. Don't waste your time especially for a same day order, you will NOT get it that same day. Mind you, at 830 pm we were told our driver had one order ahead of us and would be on their way over directly afterwards. They end up closing at 10 and no word on our order. Went there on a whim and was pleased. Not a lot of parking but I secured one on a Wed. Afternoon. Went right in to check in area and waited no more than 5 minutes to be taken back to the dispensary area which had very nice displays. Out the door and on my way within 20 minutes. This was one of my favorite dispensaries. Until it wasn't. I have visited the branch in several locations and have recommended it to many people who became regulars. This issue came when I was being mischarged and then mocked for voicing my concerns. I was belittled by a "manager" for complaining about the price difference and after him implying I am too much work by cruelly stating that from now on "we do it by the rules" (whatever that is supposed to mean.... I've only ever price matched and their own site states that is a service they offer). I'll be the first to admit I'm not a big fish as far as money goes but I do refer alot of business to other places now. And will let others who do go here know to watch the math and don't correct them when they are wrong. I frequented there enough to earn $100 in free product so although I wasn't dropping tons at a time it was $100+ several times a month since they opened. Sadly I loved many of the employees and will miss this location and company but one bad apple really does spoil the barrel. Too much competition in this industry to fell unvalued and unwanted. read more

The parking lot is nowhere near big enough so they make you park off campus on a busy road in the safest way to cross into the parking lot they don't want you to walk. I've spent a lot of money at cloud. But last night I'm weighing out my moms bag for her. And as I'm weighing it out it totals to 21.4 grams. NOT AN OZ. I called to get it taken care of. They told me to drive back up there and they will make it right. Well after my 30 minute drive to cloud to get what I Originally was supposed to get. When I get inside the manager says "so you were shorted 2 grams. I said no you guys SHORTED ME 7 grams. A whole ass quarter, guy looks at my like I'm lying. Takes it to the back where I can hear workers in the back taking shit about how I'm lying. They made me look like a liar infront of costumers. Well they did give me my 7 grams I PAID FOR. But nothing for my hours worth of coming back to this place. I'll be going over to puff down the street. I'm not into the high school skimping shit. Thought this was a legit business. read more

Lines are extremely long and difficult to maneuver. Service is terrible. Waited almost an hour without any movement in the line before I gave up. Leaving the parking lot I saw at least 12 employees standing around in the parking lot doing nothing. Maybe if all employees were working they could move the line. Parking lot cannot accommodate customers and useless employees. read more

They are the slowest dispensary I have ever been too. I ordered online and still wait 30 mins to get my order every single time. I have been to this dispensary 3 times now thinking the wait was due to them not being open inside; however, that does not seem to be the case as it's now open. I am very unpleased with the wait time and would not suggest this place to anyone. I've been to other dispensaries in Michigan and when I order online with them they have the whole interaction done within 10 mins. Plus I hate that you get locked in once your in a line. This gives me a lot of anxiety since I can't leave the line when I am feeling overwhelmed. I went to Utica location today and asked for the best strain in the place, and bud tender said he wasn't certified and he had to ask someone in the back room. He came out and said jelly donut was the best they carried. I bought an eighth. When I got it home and smoked some, I was shocked on how it didn't even taste like cannabis ! it was nasty! I called them and spoke with a manager and told her of my problem and she said she could not do anything except offer a 20% discount on my next visit! NEWS FLASH!!!!!!! I've been a customer that orders weekly for over a year now. I've tried to give this location and staff so many chances, but they disappoint every time. From the unprofessionalism, to waiting over 8 hours for orders - it's not worth it. They don't appreciate their loyal customers, continue to be extremely rude over the phone, and constantly lie about orders statuses to get people off the phone faster. Not to mention, rudely being told to "hold on" and then being placed on-hold for over 30 minutes. It's a joke of an establishment at this point and I'd love to share the names of all the employees that have told me how awful their managers and facility is...when your own employees are willing to talk shit to a customer, that's when you know it's bad! They also try to substitute high shelf products for low shelf products when they run out so just beware. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Nothing but lies about delivery delays every single time I've tried 3 times and every time I get the delivery the next day!!! Unacceptable customer service. Last time I placed an order at 6:40pm and called to check on it at 7:45pm some girl said if you haven't received an update then call back, I call back at 8:30 multiple times and no answer I tried again at 8:50 and nothing!!!! I tried from my wife's phone and they picked up and said ohhh your order is on its way (one stop ahead of you) and you should receive it by 10pm at 9:55 I called and the same girl said ummmm let me put you on hold so I wait a couple of minutes knowing they close at 10pm I called again 9:58 she gives me some bs and says let me get the manager and I told her you're planning on leaving me on hold since you close in 2 mins and that's what ended up happening! The employees are nice, the weed is good. They're the slowest dispo by far. but my complaint goes towards management, specifically the "general manager" I met the gm twice & she was rude & kirt both times. Like I (a paying frequent customer who genuinely doesn't complain at all) didn't matter at allllllllll. She even looked me in the eye and said we've never met, like I'm lying or I'd rather be talking to her then getting what I came for? Like there wasn't another employee right there, which I brought uo to no apology for lying. She took a situation (my id was expired by a day) and made a scene in the most dramatic way possible, having me "removed from the premises" even tho I was asked rudely to go outside in the first place. (All for having a birthday on a saturday. I know my id was expired by a day but idt they had to be as rude as they were.) in this situation I asked two employees "can I have someone else pick up my order" yet she came around the corner like I had stolen 2 zips out the back. I speak to everyone there and maybe I'm wrong but if you're a leader, idt me as an customer should have to feel Insignificant & disrespected. Cloud cannabis in utica has lost a consistent customer( we're talking almost weekly). I'm sure she doesn't care given her demeanor, but still I went up there OFTEN and it sucks because they're so close. But if you go pray that you dont meet the gm "amanda or ally" something to that nature but she'll look at you like what you're saying is 100% irrelevant even tho YOURE the one spending money not her. I never write reviews but I needed to for this one. As soon as I pull up for curbside everything is just chaotic no organization what so ever from anyone there, people were being helped that pulled behind me and eventually I went through the whole line and was first in line and still haven't been helped yet at this point I've been sitting there for 40 minutes so I nicely ask one of the workers if I'll be helped soon and I asked the wrong person, her name was Amy she made it very clear she was the "general manager" which wasn't related to my question at all and so she snapped at me and said I need to wait my turn and she's actually the one who came out 10 minutes later to finally help me and when she did she was extremely rude she was throwing everything back at me multiple coins fell under my seat cuz she didn't care enough to set them in my hand, and I understand if you are too busy sometimes to get to some customers but I sat there for nearly an hour waiting to grab 2 items and still had Amy the "general manager" be extremely rude, I will not be going to cloud anymore because of Amy read more

I had high hopes but unfortunately was dissatisfied. I will give them the benefit of the since they recently opened and are still figuring out the most efficient way to run things. However, I feel my experience was just ridiculous. I ordered my goodies and waited until my schedule time. When I arrived, they put me in a line and told me to wait, pretty typical for dispensaries. I then proceeded to wait for 90 mins for a employee to finally take my ID. I feel this is just crazy long time to wait. I wouldn't be upset if all the other cars were experiencing this too, but it seemed only a couple cars had to wait as long as me. I was constantly being passed my satisfied customers. If I had to guess, every 2 or so minutes 3 cars would have been checked out and proceeded to leave. I just sat there, no one came to address the wait. They saw me and just ignored me. At the end of my wait, the line was completely dead. It was a little past closing time. I was still waiting for another 10 mins, even though I was the only car in line??? WTH?? I won't be returning to this dispensary and will stick to my normal one. read more

i placed an order on 2/7/22 for 1/8 of hashwax that was being advertised for $8 a gram or 1/8th for $25. i ordered at 9:06 am and didn't get there to grab it until around 1:10 that day. by the time i got there, i was not in the system, and i had an email stating that i "picked up my order" at 12:40pm, 30 minutes before i even showed up. of course i thought that was weird, so i showed the employee and they went back into the store. about 5 minutes later another employee comes out and tells me my total is $3 more than what it showed on the app. i didn't have the extra money with me as i only pulled out what i needed for my 1/8th. i show him my receipt and he goes back in. another 5-10 minutes later a lady comes out who i'm going to assume is the manager, and tells me that it was a MISPRINT on weedmaps and that she would have to find me a singular gram for $25 as the one i was after was $30. so of course by the time i show her what weedmaps says, it shows $30/g when you click on it, but when you're in the list view it still states 1/8 for $25. im gonna assume they marked it as picked up so i couldn't go after them for false advertising, even though i didn't get there until 1:10, but i'm super disappointed that i drove 45 minutes for ONE SINGULAR GRAM and they couldn't even honor what i was trying to buy, even if it was a misprint, you should still honor what the customer is trying to buy. i sat there for 30 minutes talking to 3 different people just for me to leave with ONE gram. so much time wasted and i'm sad they couldn't honor what i was trying to buy considering it was THEIR mess up. read more
