First and Last Visit…read more I'm brand new to cigars and went into Wild Bill's in Shelby Township hoping for helpful guidance. The manager recommended a Xikar crystal humidifier for $15. I trusted him and opened it -- only to find out later it sells for $6.99 online. When I came back to return it (literally just days later), they refused to offer any refund or even store credit, even though I explained I only opened it based on their advice. So now I'm stuck with an overpriced item I didn't need -- and I've learned two things: Don't trust their recommendations. Don't expect any customer service. Plenty of better shops out there. Skip this one

Unfortunately I missed it, but was informed about this shop on Sunday 6/26 from my friend and neighbor. After consulting with my Orthopedic doctor on the phone, Yes he mentioned for Me to try a 500 or 1000mg CBD tincture oil for the daily inflammation of knees, feet due to My OA condition. (Thanks M & D) I've been seeing two different Ortho doctors for gel shots in my left knee and a cortisone shot in my right foot every 4-6 months for 2 years. So I decided to take their suggestions to break away from shots. my daily prescription and extra OTC of Ibuprofen. I found this NEW location on Hayes Rd at 24 Mile Rd on Sunday, June 26 after attending church service. Thanks Google. Attached in my review are many photos of this new Wild Bill's Tobacco from the different areas and walls of merchandise from tobacco, cigars, vapes and more! *No THC or Marijuana at this location. Upon walking in to this store I was impressed with the variety of wall to wall merchandise. I figure CBD oil is worth a "shot" or as it says on the bottle a 1.5 dropper twice a day to try. Sales rep Matthew P. was a gentleman to listen to my reasons for stopping in and shopping for CBD oil and lotion. He is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk about this new location. History: Wild Bill's Tobacco shop chain is the 2nd largest tobacco retailer in the country. The first store opened in Michigan in 1994 and as of today there are over 150 locations. This company also open up their first location in Ohio in the year 2017 and is currently expanding into surrounding states. Wild Bill's Tobacco shop specialize in the best quality tobacco products at competitive prices for the convenience of their customers. I decided to buy and try an alternative product. The CBD oils here are sold by 500, 1000, 1500 mg which are flavored or natural. This new Wild Bill's has in-store shopping, accessibility wheelchair parking and entrance too. Credit Cards accepted American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa. Wild Wednesdays mean store-wide deals on cigars, tobacco, vape, e-cig as well. The deals and discounts are always changing according to Matthew. Ex. Mr. Vapor, Flex or Maxx, Humidors, Cutters, Cigars. (Not For Me) I was fortunate to walk in during the month of June or end of with the 25% Off Sale to receive my discount on 2 bottles and lotion. After talking with My Sister on the phone Sunday night, I shopped again Monday morning for her as well. So as I type this 1st to Review, I can say I have noticed a slight change in 5 days with my pain level and inflammation by taking 1.5 dropper at 6am and 6pm. I hope this Oil will help my status upon waking up and better movement after 2 hours. I think we all can have a stiffness or tight joint pain either due to hereditary health issues, weather conditions or lack of exercise.
