This place has been great to me! I'm a new-B to the whole E-Cig, every employee has been patient and explanatory when dealing with me. Because of this I've been there time and time again and have never been disappointed. I have myself set up for text message deals. Today I called and spoke to Seth. He was more than extremely helpful explaining and showing me the promotion I received through text while I wasn't even in the store. The only downside is that you can't trade in when you upgrade. Bought my first mod and whole set up at this location. Every employee I've dealt with was very kind and helpful. I had my first problem with my Sinuous P80 Mod, where the fire button got jammed. I brought it in and without any hesitation they offered to replace it with the same exact one. I assumed I'd have to pay some sort of fee since I was giving them a broken one for a brand new one but nope. I don't know how the juice is here because I get mine from a friend who makes juice but as far as mods,tanks, and coils, this place never disappoints. read more

Great place. I go here frequently. The staff is all super nice and they have a great selection of vapes. It is also one of my favorite places to get juice. The watermelon wave juice is by far my favorite vaping juice to use. They will re-coil your mod for $5.00 but is well worth the money. I have been there twice now. First time was during cruise grand and I had my kids with me and they were accommodating and not rude to me or my bf like other places would have been. I thought it was a little pricy but I have never see the tip or the tank I got any where before so i didnt mind paying more. The second time I was buying my bf the tip I got and they had some different liquid and they weren't busy(Sunday morning before 12, slower so in and out is quicker) Definitely will be back but only for tips and other things I can't find anywhere else. read more

OK from all the reviews here what else can I say? this store was the one in my eye worthy of finally opening this account! I been smoking cigarettes for twenty years. Just last year my Fiance introduced me to a Hookah and loved it! I wanted to do Hookah more than smoking cigarettes. it didn't leave a nasty smell on me or my clothes. now in the past six months i been looking for something more portable. it was the Hookah pens you find at the gas stations. good flavor on some but not a huge variety as if i was doing the actual hookah. While walking down Grand Ave Friday night enjoying the Cruisin Grand with my family I noticed this store. Well with having our kids with us we decided to postpone the experience for obvious reasons. well we finally got time to ourselves last Thursday night. on entering the store we were greeted very cheerfully. we spent two hours there learning and testing out new flavors. I want to recall his name to be Robert. older gentleman and I believe half owner. TOP NOTCH service! Bar none! even though we took up the majority of his time that night we only walked out of there with a few bottles of juice. However to make up for it last night we went back for another two hour session and from floor up built two new rigs for us! once again he helped us out with picking out batteries, tanks, and to tips. i love the shop i love the employees i love the atomsphere cant wait to go back already!! read more

This place is just wonderful! The prices are reasonable and the staff and customer service is top notch. I have walked in when they have been very busy before, knowing exactly what I want and they were able to get me what I needed while still paying attention to everyone else. My go to flavor is Rip Tide, I recommend everyone try it if you have not done so already. Some staff members are cool. Theres a big guy there who acts rude and cocky and needs to realize hes not just an employee but reflects the vibe walking into the store. Ive vaped in the store and he makes side comments about the flavor im vaping to other customers/employees BIG DONT DO at a vape shop, im not your homeboy. Ive boughten liquid and wire from here only and dont intend to do anymore than that. Very over priced on mods and they charge for builds that take 2 min. My homie recommended this shop to me. Nice little shop that's pretty easy to find. Awesome array of drip tips with good beginner mods. Can't go wrong with their flavors also. Been there 3 times now. I remember the first time I went there I met Mike and Amy. Amy (who I am pretty sure owns the shop with Mike but I could be wrong) upon realizing my son just woke from a nap after a long drive, offered my son a refreshing beverage. I instantly loved that. Great caring customer service. I offered to pay for the drink but Amy politely declined my offer. Another WOW in my book. Great selection of flavors and drip tips. Plus they carry the Cirrus tanks. Which sell like hot cakes. Another thing they keep well in stock is the iGO-L and E-go's. Last I checked they had almost 20 of the iGo-L's , in which I directed some people who wanted them to go up there. Which they gladly did and made their purchases. Love the fact they carry in abundance, the K100 mechanical mod kits. Great for somebody who wants to venture into mechanical mods but does not want to break the bank. I would honestly love to stop into Cloud 9 more often to make purchases and especially say hi and chop it up with the customers but it's too far from where I live. But if I am in the area, it's definitely a vape shop I would want to hit up. read more

Given that this was my first time ever being in a vapor store, I had no idea what to expect. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well decorated this place was. It was very minimalistic with only two counters on one side of the room and chairs set up by the door. I just loved the atmosphere, especially considering the fact that whenever I hear of a new "smoke shop" my mind automatically goes to a dimly lit, cluttered room with an obscene amount of Rasta paraphernalia plastered everywhere. Not this place. The place is CLASSY. I had to sort of marvel at the diversity of the customers that were there before me. One of them being an Average Joe testing out some new kits, a couple who had tattoos from head to toe, and an elderly lady and her daughter. The staff was very warm and inviting to each of them (and that type of customer service earns huge points with me). After about 2 minutes of being there, a girl named Brooke was free to help me out. I gave it to her straight up that I had never bought anything like this before and I just needed something simple, not too flashy (and some of these e-cigarettes can get ridiculously so) and affordable. She immediately whipped out a neat little device (the Ego-c I believe?) and gave me a great, no-nonsense demonstration of how it all worked. We chatted for a bit and she was quick with accommodating my needs. After we decided which device I wanted, she showed me a flavor list of all the e-liquid they carry, and then asked me which ones I wanted to try. Which was neat, because I had no idea that you could smoke the flavors before you bought them. I told her what kind of flavors I'm into and she pulled out all kinds of ones that were amazing. And she was not at all bothered that I wanted to try them all! I eventually settled on peach green tea and cocoa (awesome). She loaded my cartridge up with the peach green tea and rung me up. The total was more than I thought it would be, but I was honestly not at all upset, simply because the sales people were that helpful. Seriously, check these guys out, you won't regret it. read more

This place is not worth wasting your time or money. The store is quite overpriced for their products compared to competitors. Selection is only decent. The worst part is the staff. Very unhelpful and came off rude as he was trying to fufill his "cool guy" persona. The female co worker was quite polite on the other hand. Overall, I will not return to this shop! I figured after 20 years of smoking and my father being diagnosed with cancer, that it's about time I stop smoking. I had a Kanger Tank 3 about 2 years ago but the thing caused more stress then then the juice could relieve. I walked out with a starter and some Schmilk for under $50. The knowledge that I lack about vapes, he has. Whether you're wet behind the ear (beginner) or blowing clouds for days, bring your business to them. The patience that I lack with people, he obviously has, by sitting with me for a pretty lengthy taste test session of juice flavors. The absolute best there is in North County, Simply the best vape shop north of pacific beach. Worth a 15 minute drive passing dozens of other locations. High quality standard pricing, good staff, great rewards card. A massive, I mean MASSIVE inventory of juices and whether you have no idea what you're doing or this is a regular stop for you like it is for me, they treat everybody great. I honestly have no idea how they have the patience that they do but I've gone in this place an embarrassing number of times and never, I mean never, has the atmosphere been anything but great. No salesmanship, nobody trying to upsell you something you don't need. I don't know their names but the guy and the girl who are usually working in there every time I go in are both so totally nice. This is my home vape shop. Even after moving 25 minutes away, I still go here more than I go grocery shopping. The inventory is staggering and like I said, you can tell they like their jobs, they are incredibly honest and just can't say enough good things about this place. To my surprise, they were actually a couple of bucks lower than what I was going to get. ALSO... they let me try a bunch of different flavors, (and there were a couple I definitely would not have liked)....so they had me leaving there 100% satisfied! Amy and the gentleman that waited on me (I'm sorry I didn't ask your name?!) took great care of me, and were completely honest, friendly and professional. I'll be honest...I went to the Vapure that's in O-side, and there was a girl there that was totally pouring out of her top, and the guy that was with me was feeling so awkward, he decided to stay in the car, lol! Want to quit smoking? Then you need to visit this shop! I was referred two weeks ago by a friend. He himself was a heavier (not by much) smoker then myself. I smoked about 3 packs a week. Past tense - SMOKED! Now I Vape!!!! My lungs are healing! I don't caugh in the middle of the night anymore! And... you can change your flavor any time!!! Did I mention it's cheaper then my old cigeratte habit! Ok, so enough about the switch from Cigerettes to E-Cigs. I, of course, did a lot of research online before making the descision to switch. My experience at cloud 9 was absolutely amazing. For starters its just a cool place with good people and vibes. They have a huge selection of vapes and flavors for liquids. My best friend and her family get all there equipment from cloud 9. After smoking for the last two years I knew it was time to call it quits no one likes wrinkles, yellow teeth, bad breath and cancer. Everyone who works there is cool, friendly and very helpful. My friend wanted me to get the same e cig as her but the person working reccomended a slightly more expensive vape pen saying it was more reliable and hit better. I decided to go with the recomendation and was very unhappy with my choice. I did not like the way it hit it was hard to refill, it leaked and was unreliable at least from my personal experience. Other people in the shop had the same pen i got and absolutely loved it. I went in the next day and told one of the sales people about my issues they said that only a manager could do returns so i chose to buy another pen and wait to return the old one. I made it in a few days later loving my new vape pen and ready to return the one i disliked. I was happy to learn that cloud 9 does not work by commision so they will never try to up sell you. I spoke with seth and learned that they will only return defective products. I explained that i would not have boughten the other vape pen had I known that fact. While i waited for Seth to figure out the situation other associates came by and chatted with me and let me try a bunch of awesome flavors. He came back and my refund was approved. this is a company that cares more about there customers then they do money. Theyd rather see us happy than make a few extra bucks. I have been lead roles at many different jobs in many different fields it takes a lot to impress me and i was very impressed by the way seth handled the situation.
