This was my second visit to the store. The first time I bought a couple of halo juice's and liked it. Went back and again bought halo juices and a coil on March 6th. I'm glad I only bought one coil as it burnt out within 2 days. Later I realized the juice they sold me expired in January 2017 not cool. Called the store and was told it's ok to smoke it only that the nicotine level is not as potent and would give a discount on another juice I bought. Really ???? What is the point of buying juice with nicotine levels if it's not the right potency???? Would they buy expired juice personally and smoke it and it's not really cheap at $20 a bottle. They need to check their stock and not sell expired juice. If you decide to continue shopping here check ejuice expiration dates before smoking it. read more

I walked into this store for the first time to fix my dads vape setup since hes been so busy working I wanted to surprise him for his birthday. Brooke and Travis were extremely professional and so nice to me, they adjusted the coil and put in new cotton in for free. I have decided to quit smoking and I asked for a quote on a vape setup and the price was amazing, the setup they are going to sell me is cheaper than the prices online! The store is so clean and professional looking, the staff was interacting with all the customers with smiles on their face, this is defenatly going to be the only vape store I will be shopping at. Really good service here. My better half needed a new starter kit so I stopped into another vape shop here in the hood but they were completely out of starter kits and chargers so even if I wanted to spend a lot they wouldn't have been able to help me. Anyway I yelped the next closest vape shop with good reviews and cloud 9 popped up. I called in advance and was reassured they had plenty of stock. I'm not super familiar with all of the products so it can be a little daunting and overwhelming. The guys here were very welcoming and happy to take their time to help me and answer all of my questions. They have a wide variety of products and juice available. Ranging from inexpensive to expensive. Although I would have liked the first place I stopped at to have what I needed I'm glad that I stopped into cloud 9. I love this place. Better to get work done than any Starbucks. I enjoy the people and the atmosphere. I always feel welcome to chill. They have more flavors than I can count, and they invested in plenty stock of juice to help cushion the tax that became active on 4.1.2017. They have a solid plan to keep on vaping, and that's buy 0's and select a nic packets to get the juice to where you need it. It is a dog friendly joint, and they carry a large amount of CBD products as well. There is a lot of vape shops around the San Diego county area, but this one was the first I walked into in 2014, and I am still very pleased with Cloud 9 ever since. The staff is all very knowledgeable and have different tastes and setups. Tasting cost a buck for a year (8 cents a month). I love JB, Romay, Andy, Brooke, Rob, Allen, Mike and the regulars like me. I've been to a lot of vape stores. I walked in and asked a few questions. The store attendant was immediately obviously annoyed with me. I was looking for salt nicotine and he had a an attitude every time i asked a question. And really seemed to want to get back to his stocking instead of helping me. I ended up getting a 0mg and 2 45 mg/15 ml unflavored salt nic liquid. I just opened both of them today to find that the salt nic was EMPTY! Just the final couple drops. I know i didn't use them already because I've been finishing up some other juice. Not only one of them was empty but both were. I'm not returning here. It's the closest store for me but i rather travel 15 more minutes for a store that i can enjoy and trust read more

The guy working the front today was passive-aggressive in all of his responses and questions (Came in between 4-5pm). I get it, things can really mess up your groove and how you are at work. Still, you have to maintain some professionality and good custom service, which I have had plenty of, during my past visits. My other vape shop closed, due to covid-19, and I would like to make cloud 9 my new home vape shop. However, I left questioning if he was actually looking for the product (and having it in stock) or just annoyed and lying about having the product in stock, and to check the other location in San Marcos, and not really giving a timeline of when things get stocked, or when I should expect the product to come in. When it comes to electronic cigarettes, Cloud 9 really is as good as it gets. I'll break it down from start to finish. When I first walked in, I immediately liked the atmosphere. Others have mentioned the minimalist and clean-cut decorating style which I'm a huge fan of, so I was immediately put in a good mood. They've also done some remodeling since I first went in which has only improved the environment. Then there's the selection they have, which is really incredible. They have everything you can imagine, whether you're looking for a $15 unit the width of a Sharpie marker, a behemoth as wide as a medium sized flashlight, and anything in between. They also have an excellent selection of e-liquid, ranging from 0 to .24 nicotine level. Amy, one of the co-owners of the store, was quick as a whip when it came to helping me. She immediately helped me pick out a unit that would suit my needs. I was in an out of the store in only twenty minutes or so, and that was with all the testing I did on various liquids. Both the owners of the store are extremely friendly and helpful, and the same goes for all the other employees. They all know exactly what they're doing when it comes to helping you find the right product. I've been coming to the store for a couple years now and have been very pleased up until today. We walked in the front door and it was so full of smoke you couldn't even see the countertop it was ridiculous. I asked for the Vape juice that I normally get and the guy said they did not have it. The guy says nobody buys that flavor it's such an off flavor. That made me feel good about myself. Then I thought I need to look for a new flavor so I was asking and he could not suggest anything that came close to the flavor I normally smoke. But meanwhile it is so smoky inside there, my eyes were burning and I could not concentrate to even look at the paper with the list of flavors on it. I will NEVER be back. Business Ethics: the E-liquids on this place are great but their service could use some help. i went there a few times and the service been good just once. I went once cause i had bought a tank that came out defective and instead of trying to help me out this guy was pushing me to just buy another one come on really what happen to customer satisfaction so i left out of there with the same broken tank cause i got tired of him pushing me to buy instead of helping my needs. I have been going to Cloud 9 for about a year. Haven't had a cigarette since I started using the e-cig. Good shop with nice people. My only issue is that I buy the tanks you can rebuild but are disposable and they seem to be leaking/breaking quickly. I am super careful with my e-cig, I think it's just the luck of the draw with a faulty tank here and there. This place has the best customer service! I called in to inquire about the cost of getting an order mailed to me via next day delivery. A manager named Brooke helped me process the order over the phone, since apparently next day delivery was not available online for my particular location. I inquired about the cost of getting an order delivered to me in 1 day. Brooke actually went out of her way to drive to the post office to find out exactly how much it costed, and called me back to notify me the cost of shipment within 10 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised that the managers and employees go so far out of their way to accommodate an order. Incredible customer service, they went above and beyond what I expected any store to do. Never walked in to a Vape place until cloud 9. I'm a senior care giver for a senior lady that vapes. They are so friendly to her when she walks in, they help her with her flavors, and devices. She bought a complete set the other day and she couldn't remember how to put the juice in it. we drove back and they gave us both lessons on the device. I'm relatively new to the whole vape world, but over the last six months that i have been, Cloud 9 is always my local go-to. I've not had a single experience there that I wasn't totally satisfied. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and are always down for sharing some stories or casual convo. Seth, in particular, is by far my favorite.. He goes above and beyond to make sure that each customer is totally educated, assisted and walks out with all they came in for. In my opinion he does the best builds of any shop I've been to and always is so nice and happy. So I bought my "setup" here probably about 6 months ago, and never really used it... until I really got serious about quitting about a month ago. When I came in here 6 months ago, I didn't have a price limit as to what I should buy.. Although i did say I wanted a starter.. they set me up with a box, and told me how wonderful it was, with a digital readout, 5 extra tank/atomizers ect. They also said because I smoke a lot of cigarettes I would need an EXTREMELY high nicotine (which now I'm realizing was not the case at all) they also said that my new atomizers would be cheap in the long run and how great it was... So today I went in to pick up some more liquid.. and since I didn't know a lot about my "setup" I brought it in for them to help me out (because generally they're super helpful) They accused me of dropping it, and leaving it in extreme heat conditions.. which I politely kept saying no to.. After realizing I wasn't going to get the help from them.. I bought my 2 liquids.. and asked about replacing the tanks that they said I could come back anytime to purchase.. Which leads me to the 2nd problem... the girl goes "oh well its pretty crappy, so we stopped carrying them" *blankly stare back* "but i see that you still sell the EXACT set up you sold me 6 months ago, and you're telling me I cant come back and purchase what you said I could" her response: "Yeah they're not very good" Okay, I get that a lot changes in 6 months in this whole vaping world.. but you're STILL SELLING the exact thing i bought 6 months ago.. when I had no price limit and told you I wanted quality.. when i come back you tell me its CRAPPY? and it was the SAME girl that sold it to me. ay ya yiiii! SO WARNING: IF YOU BUY A NEW "SETUP" MAKE SURE YOU CAN COME BACK IN 6 MONTHS TO BUY THE PARTS! AND NOT HAVE IT JUST BE "CRAPPY" At this point, I'm pretty livid... and decide i WILL NOT give this place my business again... Which leads me to the kicker: i spent 19.44 and got 1 punch on my for each 10 spent... when the guy next to me spent 26 and got 3... looks like they play favorites.. This is my stop by and check out juice store cause its close to home. They have a lot of juice some really good some meh, but defiantly have variety. All the staff is cool and friendly. I got my first set up here and wasn't really what I hoped, I didd not know much better but I use the tanks I got when driving cause dripping and driving is bad.
