I have been coming to the car wash since day one when they opened up the new car wash. I started going there, though the maintenance on the equipment is horrible. The top brush is constantly not working. The wheel pretreater has not been working the jet to clean your rims, barely has any pressure anymore. They really need to keep on top of this stuff when they do it does a great job. read more

The wash just doesn't clean my cars. I've taken all 3 of my cars here and every time i leave i have to go home, clean my wheels, clean the backend, wipe off excess water, and then make sure i buff out the dried water spots. When this location first opened up a few years go I came and I was surprised about how well of a job it did. With the snow and road salt covering my truck, I went today and paid for the highest package. The vehicle looks terrible. There's almost zero tire shine on any of the tires, the dryer didn't dry at all so there's water marks everywhere and none of the lighted signs for all of the extras in the package never turned on. So either the signs are broke or I never got the package I paid for. The week prior I went to MODS and I had that same feeling of being impressed by the wash. Especially considering all the filth on my truck. I was going to purchase a monthly subscription to cloud 10 for the winter but now I'm absolutely not. Even if they gave me free washes, I wouldn't go. It wouldn't be a waste of money but it would be a waste of time. read more

The big problem here is you pay a monthly membership and have to wait in long lines while others who fumble with credit card payments make it super frustrating. While I like this place and they do a good job on most of my cars I unfortunately can't recommend a place that chooses to enact such anti EV policies especially in the method they do. They go so far as to even ban Cybertrucks from their facility claiming they saw online somewhere that the breakdown in car washes. Buying into this nonsense is enough reason to be upset but they aren't even willing to put a sign out stating it. Instead they have a small note inside their office saying it. Nowhere outside where customers can see. If you attempt it you will be refused service and and asked to leave. On Sunday, March 9, 2025, at approximately 6:20 p.m., I stopped at the Cloud 10 Smart Wash Car Wash in Sewell, New Jersey, for a car wash. As I entered the wash tunnel, the worker named Sophia began to spray my vehicle. Sophia displayed a major attitude and then rolled her eyes when I asked her to spray my back window to ensure the dirt was rinsed under the overhang. Instead of spraying the window, Sophia sprayed the bumper on the driver's side. Then, she proceeded to wave me through the tunnel. After parking at one of the vacuums, I walked to the office and asked to speak with a manager who was not on the premises. Sophia's approach was completely unprofessional, especially since her negative attitude was not provoked. If she is not satisfied with her position at the car wash, she should find a new line of work. She definitely needs to adjust her attitude to be more customer service-oriented. Considering her arrogance and privileged attitude, she obviously thinks she is too entitled to work. I absent-mindedly left a car mat hanging by the vaccuum.. I didn't realize it until 5 days later. Luckily they keep items around for a while, so I was able to go back and claim it. Quick, affordable, nice vacuum area with towels and spray available and never out of service

For all the bitching I did about Valet car wash, I kind of miss them now that I moved further south, and all we have is Cloud10 Car wash. Cloud10 is ALMOST identical to Valet in its look and operation, but there are certain little things that irk me about Cloud10, while still having the same big things that irked me about Valet. SO, about a week ago, I decide that my car is filthy enough, and it's time to go check out Cloud10 and see how it stacks up. On the outside, it looks the part. It's huge, clean, and lit up like an Atlantic City slot machine. Pulling into the "driveway," and up to the machines, the first negative comes into play. It's a little bit more expensive for the wash. (Which makes the monthly plan a better deal.) I think I paid about $20 for the 2nd tier wash, that provided "hot wax," (although I damn sure didn't see any hot wax during the actual wash....). I think the cheapest wash is $12 plus tax, which is only about a $1 more than Valet, but the monthly plan is about $7 more. (The second level wash is $3/$9 more. 3rd level wash $4/$5 more) So, they're charging more, and you're losing out on some of the little things. Valet provides towels to detail your car afterwards, which Cloud10 does not. The Valet in Burlington, where I was, had an indoor vacuum area, to get out of the sun, but Cloud 10 does not. And this may seem like a nit pick, but there are mirrors at Valet when you're entering the tunnel, so you can see where to line your wheels up with the tracks, but Cloud10 is missing those too. It's something that you take for granted until you're relying on old school hand signals from the attendant to line up your car. The wash itself was similar, in that it wasn't great, and the vacuums were similar as well. I would say they felt less strong with the suction, but they had two different nozzle types for different kinds of crevices/uses. They also had a little clamp to hold your floor mats, but I'd trade both of those things for towels. Another knock was, when I went, they had a cone blocking the vacuums entrance, so you had to drive around, and come through the exit. This was a pain because the lot is one way, and designed to be driven as such, so all of us that were having to come in through the exit were making it difficult for people trying to leave. But, the MAIN REASON I was there was for the vacuums, and I had just spent $20 on a mediocre wash; I was not leaving without using the vacuums. NO idea why they had it blocked off. Overall, I'll probably still get a monthly plan, because cars need to get washed, and Cloud10 is literally the only game in town down in my neck of the woods. But I would move over to even Valet wash (which admittedly, wasn't great either) if they moved down this way. read more

Always have a great experience here. The wash itself does a good job, and the cleaning tools at your disposal are great at cleaning the interior. My car always looks new once I'm done, and I get a good workout to boot. I can't believe people are so sanctimonious about stupid things like vacuuming only being free with a car wash. Come on. My first wash after becoming a "member" was not good. I went to the members only lane and the gate would not open. That was a bad start. An attendant came over and could not explain why the system (though I was in their system) would not open the gate to let me in. After he summoned a manager (I think he was anyway), they handed me a card and said call this number(pointing to customer service) and ask them why you license plate is not "connected" in the system. So, I called Customer Service and got a recording. I explained what happened on the recording and no callback so far. I'm not pleased. The "wash" itself is good, but customer service is terrible. The "manager" did upgrade my wash for that one time trouble I had, but I don't want to have to go through that each time I want a wash. I'll continue to wait for a callback. :( I was going to sign my wife's car up as well, but I may end up cancelling all together. read more

A bit pricey but worth it for the free vacuum as long as you want part at the end! I just went for the basic wash @ 12 bucks definitely higher than most places. It's the kind of car wash where you stay in your car though so little kids freaking love it. Then afterwards you pull into a long parking area decked out with fancy-ish vacuums lined up in between every few spots with mat holders & trash cans handy. I'm quite disappointed in my $26 car wash. I went here because of their advertising. In spite of their claims of an amazing car wash, it was no better than any of the other, similar car washes. I spoke to the attendant at the payment booth about the massive amount of bugs on the front of my truck. He told me to let the wash attendant know and he would power wash the front of my truck. The guy barely did anything, but I figured he could see what he was doing and I couldn't, so I rolled up my window and went through the wash. After the wash, I pulled out to the vacuuming area, and started to dry my truck. I was very disappointed about the fact that none of the bugs were gone. Scrubbing the truck with the microfiber cloth did nothing. I also couldn't reach the windshield because it's a large truck. I'm also disappointed in the floor mat cleaner. It doesn't clean the mats, it seems to be a spinning brush, but it has no water, so the mat was covered in dry dust afterwards. Also, why do all of these car washes do the same thing? They have these vacuuming areas and there's zero shade. You're standing on an asphalt lot with the sun beating down on you the entire time. Why not some sun shade sails over these big vacuum arms so you can park in the shade? read more

Honestly just don't go here. Their wash ripped my entire antenna assembly off, and they claim they're not at fault because of a sign that states they're not responsible for antennas. There's countless other car washes around, go to any of those instead. read more

This is one of my favorite car washes around! I went last night as my SUV had been parked under a cherry blossom tree and had stuck petals all over it. After running it through the car wash and using the high powered vacuum to clean my mats, I noticed some of the petals were still stuck on the body of the vehicle. I was worried about leaving them like that. I visited the office area and asked if I could run it back through a second time. Not only did the kind, young man who was working the desk offer to let me do it for free, he also personally came out and sprayed all the stubborn petals off with the other young guy who was performing the pre-work before running it through again. If you go to one of the attendant washes that do the vacuuming, tire shine and interior glass cleaning for you while you wait....the cost of the top of the line wash is well over $20. So what does the Cloud10 Fusion 10 $20 car wash get you. After the wash you get window glass cleaning spray and towels to continue your car cleaning. FREE vacuums!! (Now 3 minutes of vacuuming cost $0.75 at the local washes. And It takes me more then 3 minutes to vacuum out the car). And a rug beater to help get out that hard to vacuum dirt. Now I went with the Fusion10 monthly subscription that costs with tax just under $40 a month. But when you figure 1 wash a week that gets down to $10 a wash. And I still get all the glass cleaner, rug beater, vacuuming my heart desires! Now the only suggestion... and the reason for the 4 starts is maybe a "Customer appreciation discount". Something like.... after 6 months of monthly Fusion10 subscription washes, customer gets a $1.00 off the monthly subscription rate. Keep that going for every 6 months (a additional $1.00 off) and at the end of 3 years of subscription payments that dedicated paying customer is down to $30.00 a month for the wash plan. Damage to my hood and roof stating that I bought the car like that in January. Stated that their car wash would never do this to my car and my car was like that from the beginning. They do not use harsh chemicals that would cause something like this to happen. Not willing to help me at all. also told me that lower in cars do not have good paint jobs anymore. I don't have a BMW or anything like that. I have my first nice car in 15 years, have to part outside, & do a fair amount of highway driving so regular washes & waxes are important to keep bugs & sap from ruining the finish. Pretty much every place I've tried has been unimpressive, but your wash combined with the powerful vacuums, windshield wash, & towels would have made you my regular choice. Then your employees went above & beyond! When I was using the (free) vacuum, I walked around to the passenger side & saw that the huge paint spill I'd been unable to avoid about a 1/4 mile before I'd pulled into your lot was apparently wet paint. My undercarriage & wheel wells were full of white paint which had re-covered my wheels & re-splattered the side of my clean, new car as I exited the wash. I know that where that paint was would not have been reached by any automated car wash. It was so deep & so thick a hand wash would have taken a while. When I asked the manager if he had anything I could use to get the paint off my car before it dried, he graciously sent me through the wash again. The worker at the front patiently power washed my wheel wells & undercarriage. He apologized for not having the tools to make it perfect, but honestly he did a great job! He got everything off but a small amount in the tire tread & an awkward spot in the wheel well. I've had my car come out dirtier from routine washes at much more expensive places. Those guys probably saved me an expensive insurance claim. I'll be getting the monthly membership the next time I come through! Thanks so much! read more

Not sure why this place has less than reviews on here, it was an awesome experience! I texted in like the billboard said to do and actually got my wash for free! I pulled right up and the automated system was super easy to use. I pulled up and out my car in natural like the young man noted on a sign. The car wash itself is noteworthy- one of the better washes you'll get with an automatic system. Vacuums and window cleaner are free! You just do them yourselves. That vacuum was STRONG! I'm not sure why the average reviews for this car wash are so low. They're a new business with a new facility that features state of the art equipment. They are conveniently located on the boarder of Pitman and Mantua in an area that requires a 10 minute drive in any given direction just to get your car cleaned. The prices are a little high. For what is charged for a wash, I'm surprised there isn't more attention paid to bumpers and wheel wells. Many car washes do a more thorough job spraying down your car before you enter their machine. However, the cost of their "wash club" is reasonably priced if you intend to get your car washed on a regular basis. I'd rate them five stars if the cost was a few bucks lower, or if just a tiny bit of extra attention was applied to areas that could be sprayed down better before entering the machine, such as the wheel wells. I bought their wash club which is charged monthly, and so far I'm happy with my purchase. read more

He had a good smile... When you enter the line, you are funnel-forced into the car wash as well. Visited 12/1/23, roller in wash bay ripped price off top of my truck. Cameras proved it was not loose prior to entering, which I knew, but that doesn't matter because they are not responsible for ANY damage they cause if your vehicle is older than 5 years, I was told 5 days later after I had to call because they never called me in 2 days as promised. Which begs the question, how would the manager on duty not be able to tell me this at time of incident? Also she could have pointed out the sign I missed when entering they claim said this. Or it could even be stated on the incident report I uploaded below for reference or maybe it does and I missed it hmmm ?!?! Please don't go here even if your vehicle is only 4 years old cause I'm sure the sign will then read not responsible for damage to vehicles older than 4 years. I think you all get the idea. Great job getting the salt from snow storm a couple weeks ago of the my SUV. I think for the money you can't go wrong and what I like I can take my time to do the inside of the SUV they provide towels and glass cleaners and you can vacuum all you want. Fear price as car washes go. read more

I'm not sure if the attendant was having a bad day on 10/18/21 but after thinking about it, his behavior was outrageous . As I drive up to go through the car wash the attendant was using quick and annoyed hand gestures for me to turn my wheel to the left and right . If I turned too far to the right he would roll his eyes and shake his head in disapproval and irrriration . Realizing the hand communication isn't working . I roll my window down to ask what he is saying because obviously there was a disconnect and the jerk sprays me with the spray nozzle. Never apologizes or says a word . Cloud10 is definitely convenient and they run a tight, efficient, ship. My only gripe is that I'm not convinced the higher priced cleanings are that much better than your standard clean. So I wouldn't necessarily splurge on that again. The self-clean area for interior cleaning is excellent, well stocked. And it's great that they have backup cleaning supplies and rags in case you forgot yours. read more

For $22 + tax I was expecting a better result. There is still smudges on my front grill which is the only area the attendant sprayed with his wand. He never sprayed anything down either side or on the back. I selected the Fusion Ceramic thinking it was the best and I have to say I'm more than disappointed. I was considering a monthly plan, but after this initial wash and the cost of it I think I'll stick to my local place or doing it myself. Can't wait for them to open visited their location in Florida they did an amazing job great quality equipment. OK it must've been opening day so I thought I would give it a try over all the car came out pretty clean though I would not recommend the more expensive option. Because the rims were full of Armor all that does nothing but attract road dust they look horrible within minutes they don't do any manual drying so my recommendation would be get the basic wash you have to vacuum your own car anyway and touch it up once you pull out to the vacuums. read more

Did you bother to read the review? I said I was unhappy because half of the times I took the jeep thru they retracted the brushes that wash the front and back of the jeep. The other times they would not retract them and it did a pretty good job. But $22 to not wash some of the front and none of the back is unacceptable. read more

BUYER BEWARE - My car was damaged going through the Sewell location. An approximately 12"x1" scrape removing the paint from my passenger side door. We let management know right away, who took pictures and gave us an incident report to complete. After not hearing from anyone for three days, I finally received a call asking for us to return for "more pictures because they don't know how this could have happened." I haven't heard from anyone since despite MULTIPLE calls and SIX emails to corporate. There's no direct phone number for this location either. I joined the monthly plan and visited at the start of my second month. For some reason it wouldn't let me enter. An attendant came out and said my credit card was declined. The attendant then told me I could either pay for a wash or he'd ask me to leave the premises which I could t believe. I checked my card and had no attempt of a charge so I rejoined. I later found out that it was a glitch and they would discount me 15 dollars which the manager told me they couldn't do because I wasn't eligible. I showed him the email but still wouldn't do anything about it. Very bad management at this wash. Nice concept but management could improve especially the young guy that has no business sense or manners. read more
