He continued working, walking closely to the bay I was using and staring at me. He left, then came back 30 minutes later. I was busy cleaning my car but immediately was distracted with someone looking at me. I look up and noticed the man was back and once again he was rudely looking at me, making me very uncomfortable. He didn't stay long this time. He left and watched me as he drove off. I am not sure if this is new management or they are changing the process of how they have people maintain the business, but I will NEVER go back to this car wash. That was unnecessarily rude and uncalled for. If I was doing something wrong, just say that. But staring customers down is so unprofessional.

I could see my reflection on every part of my exterior, and the inside was even better! When I say there was a *lot* of dog hair in there, I mean there was basically another small dog living in my car. Not after she took care of it though! My floor mats were so clean that the soles of my shoes became polished too! The best part? Jassina did this all IN MY DRIVEWAY. I don't even have a hose out there!!! She just plugged into a basic outlet and had my car all prettied up in five hours. She did this on a Sunday!!! A reasonable price, and I didn't even have to leave my house. I'm all about women supporting women, and Jassina is my new go-to gal!

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience. I was told the car would be ready in 1 -1.5 hrs. Over 2 hrs later, I called to find out if my car was done. It was close to being done and they offered an exterior wash. Sure. I got one. I picked up my car about 15 minutes later. I must say THE INTERIOR SHAMPOO WAS GREAT (5 stars). My car looked brand new inside. I recommended the company for getting cars cleaned. But, I have a major problem that I am hoping the company will remedy asap. The interior of the car was still damp and the cleaning smell (ammonia) was noticeable so I left the windows open for a few hours. 24 to 48 hours after that I returned to my car to see bubbles (in the form of long stripes) on every one of my tinted windows!! (0 stars) (Pics to come.) The ammonia was used to clean my tinted windows and that can REMOVE tint. I am hoping a $75 interior shampoo and $10 wash does not turn into a $200-300 tint replacement job at another company. I'm seeking a remedy from the company. I've called the company a number of times this morning to no avail (no answer) but I will update this review after I talk with them. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the morning after I post the review. (I had also called and left a message.) After bringing the car in that afternoon for them to assess, they asserted their products did not cause the damage. I explained that this had never happened before. In spite of the disagreement, they removed my old tint within a few days and replaced it within another few days after that. It was inconvenient to have to keep returning but I appreciate their best efforts to remedy the situation. Again, the detailing work was great.
