I put in my credit card, did a basic wash and rinse which took me all of three minutes. In order to shut down the wash when you're done, you press a green button, which will tell you how much you paid for the wash. I spent three minutes pressing that button to get it to stop. It would not shut down until it reached 6 minutes. Then it displayed the charge -- $6.00! I paid $3.00 for a wash and another $3 trying to shut the machine off. This is a rip-off! If you ever use this place, use cash. As for me, I'll never go there again.

So don't feed it a $20 and expect change. I thought it was really cool that there is a board that tells you when to stop and when to go. As you are driving out the power dryer blows on your car directly from the top. While it did not completely dry the car I was overall satisfied with the car wash. It removed some stuck on mess that i was not sure would come off with one car wash. This is a completely self service car wash so bring some quarters because I have stopped by various times and the change making machine is not in working order. I like that the vending machine sells pre-moistened wipes for the interior and glass. They also sell small spray products and towels. I always purchase a car freshener and have never been dissappointed by the selection. I like to use my lunch breaks to run errands so spending a good 45 minutes cleaning the interior of my car during lunch means I have 45 more minutes to spend on the weekend doing something I really want to do. Therefore, I really appreciate this business and it's close proximity to my job. Also, keep in mind I only visit mid day during weekdays and it is almost always empty or I see one other person there. I cannot imagine what the line looks like on Saturday morning.

I had already stopped, but she kept shouting the same instructions while a line of cars built up behind me. She said it was "for next time", there won't be a next time. She held me up, along with everyone behind me, just to keep repeating information that was no longer necessary. When given the chance to handle the situation professionally, she instead doubled down a couple of times in front of a line of waiting customers. I've used this car wash many times because it's convenient late at night, but the wash itself isn't great. I paid around $14 for the second most expensive option and the rims were still dirty, and there was some dirt still left on the car. There's another car wash about 10 minutes away from there offering unlimited washes for $15.95 a month. I'd recommend checking out their competitors instead.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience.
