It did the job but other places I've used before seemed to be more powerful. After vacuuming, I pulled my car into the 2nd bay to giver her a much needed bath. Unfortunately, there was no foam in the foam brush and the wax ran out on me at the end. After my 10 minutes was up, I proceeded to the office with both kids sitting down and told them about my dilemma. They were kind enough, as they should, to fill up my time as needed, and to fill both the foam and wax. Shouldn't this be done before each shift? Later and after they had left I noticed that they did a great job on the weatherTec floor mat but the grooved foot pedals were caked with dirt and the panel beneath the steering wheel was dirty (both of which I was able to easily clean up myself. I sent a text to who I assumed is the owner (John) about the foot pedals and another text asking for money back on the steam cleaning. No response. I've used this car wash many times because it's convenient late at night, but the wash itself isn't great. I paid around $14 for the second most expensive option and the rims were still dirty, and there was some dirt still left on the car. There's another car wash about 10 minutes away from there offering unlimited washes for $15.95 a month. I'd recommend checking out their competitors instead.

I'm very disappointed on the quality of work and the price he charged me for the detail (scratches are still in the truck). He told me that when he finished with the truck it was going to look like new, showroom condition. He reassured me that his "paint correction technique" will remove all scratches from my truck (not true). He also said he will remove the stains from the leather seats, stains are still visible and were not removed. I will never take my truck to this shop ever again!
