New to the area and went to Waterline because they clean the interiors. A priority was to vacuum the trunk area. I took the Executive Package $44 and gave a tip. Exterior cleaning was good. However, they only vacuumed part of the trunk. First time- maybe will give them another chance....unless I locate another cash wash near Mullica Hill that does interior cleaning. Read less read more

Water Line Auto Spa - Trunk area only partially cleaned. - Car Wash Near Me - Glassboro, New Jersey

Their prices have become extremely expensive and their service has become horrible. This was the result of a $31 car wash. I emailed them with no response. Been going here for years. I'm done now. read more

Paid $31 for full service, which does not include tire shine air freshener or internal vacuum. This is the last time I will use this car wash. This use to be the best place ib Glassboro to get a good wash for a good price now it is just a rip-off. read more

The car wash was very busy, but that is because they do a good job. I bought the full service superior ($36) and while it did take some time they did a fantastic job on my car, inside and out. I see some complaints about the pricing here, but for the work they did I am very satisfied. read more

Their prices have become extremely expensive and the actual car wash is pathetic. I just paid $44.00 for the full service elite for a 2019 Toyota Rav4 because I was told it is a large SUV, really. Then there was no pre-wash with the spray and brush to help get all the road salt off. As I entered the automatic wash the overhead soap sprayer was hardly working and only putting soap on the drivers side half of the vehicle. Moving to the first set of vertical hanging wash clothes half of them were either missing or torn in half. After exiting the automatic wash to the manual finishing my all weather rubber mats as a result of the snow and salt were very dirty the attendant removed the drivers side through it on the ground in a puddle of dirty water and him and the other attendants as they dried the vehicle and cleaned the windows walked back and forth over it until an other attendant finally picked it up and took inside to wash it. Never to out the passenger side mat to clean. After I was told the vehicle was completed and I returned to take the vehicle the drivers mat was soaked with water so I couldn't see how well or not it was cleaned until after it dried and it was obvious that they only hosed it off as most of the salt was still adhered to the mat. But for my $44.00 I did get an air freshener. I have used this car wash since it opened and was one of the first customers on day but I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN!!!! read more

Used to love it here honestly , do a fine job. Just money hungry now. Over the last couple years price increases have just gotten ridiculous. I think today marks my last day here, when 32 dollars can't even get you some shine on the tires lol absolutely wild. I'll shop around or just do it from home. read more

Came here for years. USE to be the Best! Went today absolutely AWEFUL!! The worse equipment now. Scratch my hood from there shitty equipment. Bad water stains left on the car. All this for a 40 dollar fee!! As bad as it gets! Don't waste your money!!!!! read more

last week I got my car washed and vacuum under the mats the workers found $500 and returned it to me. I didn't even know it was there. It was my boyfriend not only. Well apparently the world shuts down when it drizzles a little outside... couldn't find an open car wash anywhere where I could just vacuum my car for Uber. Luckily this place answered their phone and was able to offer solutions... one being they also have paid vacuums aside from the free ones they have on with the car wash. read more

Poor customer service and management. I have been coming for years and like how the clean my car and interior. I will not be returning after my experience today. Faulty sensor charged me as a sedan ( I did not know) I paid for my service and waited in line for 15 minutes. When I got to the attendant I was told I had to pay extra. Upsetting they would not honor their mistake and faulty equipment. I was told it happens often. Well then fix the faulty equipment and honor your mistakes for inconveniencing a good customer who comes often and tips the worker. I am always courteous. I told the owner I was not coming back and neither would my family and friends. I was told I was "trying to tear down a black business and I will survive without you coming back". Such a shame. read more

I was a basic club member and called to inquire about detailing. I was placed in hold & when answered, was put in speaker phone. I was speaking to a young man that seemed unsure of what was included in a $159 detail. He said that upholstery is "hand shampooed." I asked what that meant. He didn't understand. I said "for example are you using a machine with a deep extractor, a regular shampooer, or cans of upholstery cleaner." He said he didn't know and I asked if he would check. He said yes, then he abruptly hung up; only someone failed to disconnect the speaker phone. I heard the owner, who has a distinctive voice, begin to berate the young man. The owner said, "You don't let the customer control the conversation like that. She sounds like a lonely old lady who just wants to talk to someone. I would NEVER let someone control the conversation like that! WHO was it?" The young man described my car and said, "She's the lady that always gives all the workers a tip and mints (life savers)." The owner said, "MINTS?" What the F... is wrong with her? See, you should have known there's something wrong with her! WHO does that? That's just F..king crazy! YOU have to learn how to talk to people! Oh look! She's only a basic member! I know exactly who this is! She's a crazy, lonely old lady that just wants to talk to people, just like I said!" The owner berated the young man for about 15 minutes while I listened. Most of the workers are Hispanic and don't speak English. I only spoke to the owner once or twice in passing, to say hello as I passed by. He doesn't know anything about me. I immediately wrote a letter to cancel my membership and hand delivered it to the owner. When I repeated what he said about me, he denied it. Then I repeated the entire conversation to him, and told him, "If you're going to talk bad about a caller, make sure you hang up the speaker phone! He looked shocked for a couple of seconds then said that I was disrespectful on the phone, and I didn't have any right asking what they use to shampoo the upholstery. I dare to say that this is exactly the type of person that exploits foreign workers. But it's clear that he feels powerful berating them for no reason. read more

Have been using this place to keep my cars clean for years! From my Mercedes and Infiniti to just my Ford work truck, they always seem to care about the cleanliness of my vehicle. The staff has always been very personable and very pleased to see you there. I am a regular at this place and I always get greeted with a welcome back and great to see you again. Yes the prices are higher than most, but it truly is well worth it when you get such an experience every single trip. read more

Best car wash I've ever been to. Every wash is like a detail. The effort and care they put in is unmatched! Every time I come, there are at least 4 or 5 people working on my car to clean every inch of it. I live in north jersey and, after graduating from Rowan U, still come back here every time i'm in the area! Unbeatable service. read more

The wash itself is good and the price is reasonable - the workers do a nice and detailed job - however, I made like 1 minute of small talk with one of the people cleaning my car as I was going to retrieve it, and the manager came over and told me I needed to let her get back to work - it was embarrassing for me and it felt overbearing for her. If a place doesn't allow a client or customer to chit chat in a friendly (and quite brief) manner with the workers, i wonder how they treat the workers when we are out of earshot. I'll find a different place. read more

I have been going to this car wash for over 2 years. I drive 40 minutes to get there because they used to do a good job. This time it was poor to say the least. Was my favorite. Now wouldn't come back. Half of the brushes inside are broken, tire cleaner broken, rainx spray broken. Wasted $23 and had to ask the guys 3 times to wash my floor mats. Meh. This place has been my go to for washing and waxing our two cars, but not after today. We spent $65 plus tip for a hand wax with interior and exterior cleaning. None of the door jambs were touched. The floor mats are still full of dirt. There are spots all over the dash, they forgot to clean the rear view mirror. This is what's still bad after having them come back to finish vacuuming the parts they missed. If I wanted to have to nag and eventually do it myself, I would have paid our kids the $75! read more

Super friendly and hard working staff!! Not to mention fair pricing for a really good car wash

If I could give a zero star I would. I was 100% dissatisfied with my car wash, I paid $30.00 and I was in 100% belief that when I saw my car after I wouldn't even recognize it. I don't even know where to start on how wrong I was. I go back to my car and there was still trash in all of the cup holders and side pockets and the worker tells me that they are not allowed to touch my trash. But I gave them a bag and said take all the trash and put it into a bag and I will go through it myself to they would not have to worry about tossing anything out. There was still trash, food and gunk inside of all the compartments and holders. I paid extra to have the trunk cleaner and even left it opened and reminded them before I walked away and they completely overlooked it. Not one of the floor mats were cleaned and there was dirt on all the panels. Even the glass still had smears and smudges on them. And there car wash air dryer was starting to rip the molding around my windshield. When I asked the man about why it was still dirty he had no words for me. I didn't notice everything until I got home, so I called and they told me to come back and they would fix it as well as comp me for my car wash as part of the trouble. When I went back they were talking Spanish about me and I knew this because I speak the language. They recleaned my car and there were still problems even after I went back. The man who I spoke with was rude and was constantly talking over me, and even after I got the job done he never comped me for the car wash. All I know is that I will most likely never go back to this establishment unless there were major changes in its system and with its staffs ability to get the job done the first time. I know better than anyone since I also own a cleaning business and I have learned over the years that you never leave until the client is happy. Without the client there is no business and if that means that you take an extra 15 minutes to make sure that they are happy you do it if you want repeat customers. read more

I was in Glassboro for a baseball tournament and had 90 minutes between games. I looked at "Car Wash's Near Me" and thought this place would work. I arrived on a Saturday at 11:40AM and there were 8-10 cars ahead of me. At 12:30PM I had to tell them to stop cleaning the inside of my car because I had to go. At that point the outside of my car had been washed and the windows cleaned. I had paid $23 for the full service which included a vacuum service and a Spray Wax service. Neither were performed because after 50 minutes I had to take my car. I estimate if I had stayed I would have been there between 60-75 minutes. The work they did do was decent but it took WAY too long. The help was nice enough but they are under staffed and the layout of the area after the exterior wash is small and organized poorly, leading to a backup in that area as well as getting into the wash facility itself. I took my car to another car wash the next morning and had the service I had paid for the day before completed within 10 minutes. read more

I used to love going to this car wash like 4 other reviews on here. On Sunday I had to wait for over 20 minutes before my car entered the car wash. The owner/management has a high school kid expediting the line and the line is backed up due to the inability of the people that dry the cars not being able to TUNOVER the cars quick enough to reduce the line wait (SEVER BOTTLENECK). I went in the address the issue with the owner (thinking that perhaps he would like to recover by giving me a "Free Vacuum" in order to retain my business but he was not interested.
