This place has improved a lot! It's clean, organized, and the machines work really well. The prices are very reasonable compared to other laundromats, and everything feels convenient and easy to use. Definitely one of the better laundry spots in the area. I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I travel to Hyannis for work and for long enough lengths of time where laundering my clothes becomes a necessity. The hotel offers laundry but you should see the size of the bag they provide, it probably is large enough to hold 2 thongs. You may have noticed that none of the laundry places nearby have exceptional reviews so it was a gamble. This place seemed close enough and had decent enough reviews so I decided to give it a whirl and schlep my probably 15lb bag of laundry to this place. The person behind the desk on the day of drop off was very friendly and helpful. She told me it would be reading the following afternoon. The following afternoon rolls around and idk about you but I'm not tryna work out and get all sweaty and shit to shower just to go out again and lug my 15+ lbs of laundry back in this blistering Cape Cod summer heat to have to shower again so I waited to work out until AFTER picking up the shit. Time passes. The clock ticks. It's literally 3 mother fucking pm and I'm getting tired of waiting so I call the place and they tell me it's ready. I would have preferred a call but worse things can happen. The person behind the desk when I picked up my shit wasn't quite as nice or friendly but accomplished what I came to do. The whole thing cost $31. The clothes seem to be clean and they were folded nicely. As far as I can tell, everything is there. Mission accomplished. I would use these folks again for my laundry needs. read more

Rude rude rude people. They do not want to be there and it shows!! On vacation and needed somewhere to clean towels and some extras. One young woman in there was helpful. The other older woman was very ignorant. $8 large washer. $3 large dryer to dry towels. Definitely bring a bag to take your stuff home. read more

I always do my own laundry and was embarrassed about having someone else do it for me, but because of my concerns about Covid and my work schedule, I decided to utilize their cleaning service. I dropped off my laundry and it was ready 24 hours later, nicely folded and clean. The price was very reasonable. This was a visit to the first laundromat on a business trip in the Cape. Having an errand down the street I stopped in here. Absolutely nothing special. A bit of a neglected feel here. Semi-clean, newer machines. If you are walking distance of this one, perfect. If not, I would recommend Airport Laundromat, as they on site staff a TV, if you want to kill time. read more

Clean run down a little but 8 of 25 dryers out of order have previously used drop off no issues with that service washers were fine

First time there. And to be sure, my last. 15 dryers not working. Staff using most of the remaining 10. One of my dryer doors kept opening by itself mid cycle causing laundry to fall onto the floor. When filling the dryer with wet laundry I followed direction from the staff beforehand about how much laundry is appropriate to place in their dryers. I was then blamed by staff for having too much in the machine causing the dryer door to open mid cycle. In fact, the manager had to adjust the door latch to correct the problem. The laundry that fell to the floor had to be washed all over again. I would like to note these "big" commercial dryers do not handle loads any larger than the average residential machine even though the drums are more than twice the size. A man with alcohol on his breath wearing a gator over his face insisted the dryers ran hot. That was not my experience. Out of 2 large capacity and 1 small front loader washing machines I went home with laundry that was only 25% dry /15% damp after 60 minutes in the dryer. The rest came home entirely wet - a result of the large number of dryers "Out of Order", their low capacity to produce heat and the high number of remaining dryers unavailable for use by walk-in customers. I ran two loads in their 50lb large capacity washing machines. There are only 4 available in the entire place. These are midsize machines equivalent to my Electrolux front loader at home. The large capacity washing machine I activated 10 minutes after the first one finished 8 minutes before the load in the first machine. $8 each. Coins only. 32 quarters for each machine. $6 for the small front loader. Think about the time it takes to pump 86 quarters into these washers to do three loads of laundry. A total of 40 additional quarters are then required to run 2 dryers for one hour each. Absurd! The website makes the place look like a 3 star hotel lobby! It reads: "Your friendly managers and their pleasant, helpful staff have built a family laundry which is clean, open and comfortable." It goes on and on about being a place for the whole family to have fun and play, use WIFI and eat your favorite snacks in a clean, pretty, happy environment. These are not friendly people. It is not a clean environment. The laundry folding tabletops are worn out laminate. There was a cigarette butt on the filthy worn out linoleum below the dryer where my clothes fell out onto the floor. The parking lot has many potholes and uneven patched surfaces everywhere you step. A nightmare. All this for $32.00, 3.5 hours of my time and the gas money it took to get there. To date, most of the positive reviews come from customers using their "wash, dry, fold service. To be clear these customers are working with a different set of standards. They walk in, drop off and walk out. They walk in, pick up, pay and walk out. They do not operate the equipment, they do not spend any significant amount of time inside the building. While there are challenges that come with managing old machines this is no excuse. It's high time to do a major overall renovation to this property inside and out along with a major equipment upgrade - Or shut down the walk-in service and QUIT PRETENDING YOU'RE OFFERING SOMETHING YOU SIMPLY DO NOT. read more

Very clean. Small play area with toys to entertain kids. Both top loaders and big load front loaders. Several out of order machines, but there were lots of machines and not a busy day so it didn't make a difference. My only complaint, no public restrooms. read more

Plenty of washing machines, several of the dryers were out of order. Staff was not at all friendly or helpful. I put a load of laundry in one of the open dryers and then one of the employees was yelling "hey hey hey" which I didn't realize she was talking to me as she could have simply walked over, I assumed she was talking to the other employee as she was just yelling. She then finally walked over and told me not to use the dryer, which had no out of order sign or anything and had been open, she said it wasn't working and told me to use a different one. No problem, I moved my load of laundry to another dryer. Less than 5 minutes later she put a load of laundry in the dryer she told me was broken, clearly she didn't want me using it because it was the closest one for her to use. If that machine is reserved for staff they could put a sign on it. I just thought it was rude that after I had put an entire load in the machine she had me move all of it to a different machine so that she could use it after telling me it was broken. Seemed strange. Overall the staff seemed unfriendly which I wasn't impressed with. They also had a sign on the door that masks are required to be worn, which is expected during these times. None of the staff were wearing masks nor did they appear to have them anywhere near by, and at times they were within 6 feet of others. As this is currently a state requirement they should be wearing masks. read more

Last minute my fiancé needed a dry cleaning service to take care of some dress clothes for a wedding, but the local place was booked. Therefore, the nice ladies at Clothesline hooked him up by washing his items and finishing them ahead of scheduled. Items came out perfect as though they were dry cleaned. Couldn't ask for better service!!!! read more

Nice, friendly place, very clean. Attendants are friendly and helpful - peeked into the airport laundromat, but there was no attendant - I always go to a laundromat with staff on hand in case the change machines don't work or something happens with a machine. Others have complained here about broken dryers, but there were only 6 out of order out of 25 - still 19 dryers! I was there early on a Sunday. I needed 3 high capacity machines; only 4 high capacity in the building, but there were only 5 people doing laundry there, so it worked out for me - Sunday morning is a great time to come! This place is fantastic! I use their drop off laundry service. The ladies there are really nice and always do an outstanding job. The laundromat is spacious and open with plenty of machines and not a lot of people, so it's a laid back place. I highly recommend it. read more

This place is clean and there are a lot of washers. The bad part is that there are few dryers that work. I have been coming here weekly for 6 weeks and each week there are less working dryers. The same ones have out of order signs on them. Need to get them fixed in a timely fashion read more
