Something red appears to have bled during the wash, ruining my favorite dress along with several other items of clothing. I contacted them expecting, at the very least, a refund for the service. Instead, I was told that I should have read the labels, that I should know which inks or dyes might bleed, and that it was ultimately my responsibility. They then refused to refund me. I pay around $50 per load specifically because I am paying professionals to handle my laundry properly. I understand that accidents can happen--a button can fall off, or I can accidentally leave something in a pocket. But preventing colors from bleeding onto lighter clothing is basic laundry care. It is not reasonable to expect customers to have professional knowledge of which fabrics, dyes, or inks may bleed. Identifying those risks and handling the clothing accordingly is part of the service I am paying for. What bothered me almost as much as having several pieces of clothing ruined was the complete refusal to take any responsibility for it. So if you're considering dropping off your clothes here, be aware that if something goes wrong and your clothing is damaged, you may simply be told that it was your responsibility to know better. After years of being a customer, we will not be returning. I will also be recommending that friends and family take their laundry elsewhere.

Also tying up two folding tables and at least half a dozen baskets. Another company had two employees. That didn't leave much room for the individual customers. I understand that from a business perspective this would be great but for the rest of us, not so much.

For laundry equipment enthusiasts, it was like visiting a real-life museum! But for most people just trying to do their laundry, the wild assortment of strange models wasn't as much fun. That was several years ago. Since then, new owners have transformed this wonderful laundry into something even more fabulous! Exciting, all-new, state-of-the-art equipment has been installed throughout the entire laundromat! The old Speedwash had benches and windows where you could watch the traffic go by, but the new Speedwash is modeled more like a café. Even when you don't have laundry to do, it can be a pleasant place to stop. One thing that hasn't changed is the Speedwash's excellent location. She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them.
