I shop here all the time! I hardly ever go anywhere else because I can find almost all my favorite brands right here for a 1/3 of the original price. It's so nice. I love walking in and having so much variety to choose from. It's wonderful. The owner is so accommodating & helpful. The staff are friendly & always willing to help and give fashion advice. If your looking for more of an upscale place to sell your more professional clothing this is the place! Reasonable pricing and a good selection for more of a professional attire. The staff can be unpleasant at times. My first visit I was with a friend and she was selling. The associates came off as snobbish and rude because I wasn't dressed more of an adult style. When I asked for a fitting room to try on a dress one associate gave me a glare almost seeming like the dress I wanted to try on wasn't my style. I don't personally like/care being judged on what I wear but I felt very subconscious. Besides a few looks here and there they are very attentive to customers and do help when asked. Which is much appreciated when it comes to customer service. Selling is quite easy and they are very helpful. They do everything for you and have you sign at the end stating you agree to their policy's which they do inform you about. The selling process is easy and overall a very good experience! read more

My go to shop when I want to feel good!!! They get great brands, a lot of high end boutique clothes as well... and the prices are good. I like that I can go in and spend a fraction of what I would at a retail shop! Plus, they carry maternity - and shoes - my last find was a pair of $100 Birkenstock sandals for $10, never worn. I took a ton of clothes in for them to go through. I was in the store maybe 10 min and was told that they could not use any of them. This is the second time I did this. The clothes were plus size and of plus size name brand (not high price brands). I will never go back. read more

I visited this store with my daughter. Great selection of clothing, from what we saw. We were not greeted in the store and I agree with the other review, the staff there is snotty and not helpful whatsoever. I can't say that I've ever been to a consignment store before that has that vibe going on in there.
