The isles and each area are clearly marked, which helps reduce search time. I was looking for unique Christmas containers, wrapping paper plus organizanal kitchen solutions. I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. They were stocking shelves and building displays with boxes out of the isleways. I ran out of time quickly, but I'll return to select the perfect items that will organize my overstuffed closets and cabinets. First thing Monday morning I received a call and minutes later was set up with an appointment later that week. My sales consultant John came out and spent about 4 hours with me. I didn't feel rushed. He asked a lot of questions to better understand how I move in my closet, how much time I spend in there, which clothes I used more than others etc. then I left him in there to take measurements. To my surprise he wasn't just measuring the space but he also took measurements of my clothes to see how many long hanging items I have, how many shoes, purses etc. he even took measurements of the chest of drawers ti make sure the items in there would fit in my new space. That level of detail made me very confident that this was going to be a great experience and a great turn out! Fast forward about a month and a half and I have my dream closet! California Closets gave me a beautiful design and a reasonable price. They asked for half-down and half on delivery and allowed me to pay by credit card.
