Sent email asking them to come back and finish the job and they ghosted me. While cleaning up their mess, I discovered that there was a large tennis ball sized hole letting dirt fall into the septic tank that they just covered with soil. Opened the tank to fix the lids and that's when I saw the 4 wheelbarrow loads of wipes that were not removed. Sent an email asking for a refund of the wipe fee and still have not heard back. Absolutely do not recommend. Broke my septic lid a second time and offered no discount, no…read morecompensation, and no resolution. This was my second experience with Rouses. The first time i used them a few years ago, they came out and in process of preparing to pump out the septic tank they broke the lid and expected me to pay for a new one. The employee who broke it offered no apology and no resolution. I spoke to the owner, and he gave me me a break on the price for a more fortified lid (though I shouldn't have had to pay at all) that I was told would last. During this second visit, a different employee broke the new, fortified lid (with fiberglass mixed in) and didn't even mention it. We found the piece lying off on the side in my grass. When I sent photos and spoke with them, again, there was no resolution, no apology, and no explanation as to why they didn't inform me that a piece was broken off. The employee did admit they used a shovel to pry it open (no idea why since these lids have handles and as a professional company, in the business of opening septic tank lids, they should know how to do it without damaging or destroying the lids each time) but offered no resolution, he just said it wouldn't be an issue for the tank. Maybe not, but it is an issue for me. I paid $300, AND they broke my lid again and aren't doing anything about it. I will never use or recommend this company again.

The entire team, from Shawn the co-owner to Andy the job supervisor were 100% dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. The unusual thing about WS Parks Contracting is they communicate. They answer phone calls and texts. They respond to emails for coordination. They have a great relationship with the county health department. They came out and surveyed the work, came up with a plan which would meet all permit requirements and got to work within weeks of initially meeting with them. The best thing about WS Parks is they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. They were also flexible if there was a potential weather impact requiring them to get things done earlier than anticipated. There was no upselling. They discussed the most appropriate way to approach the job with the most cost-effective methods of getting it done. I could not have been happier or more impressed with Shawn's team. If your requirement is within their capability, it is worth giving them a call.
