WS Parks is one of those rare finds. I required the replacement of my septic system to include the tank/distro box/leach field. The entire team, from Shawn the co-owner to Andy the job supervisor were 100% dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. The unusual thing about WS Parks Contracting is they communicate. They answer phone calls and texts. They respond to emails for coordination. They have a great relationship with the county health department. They came out and surveyed the work, came up with a plan which would meet all permit requirements and got to work within weeks of initially meeting with them. The best thing about WS Parks is they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. They were also flexible if there was a potential weather impact requiring them to get things done earlier than anticipated. There was no upselling.
