Meet the Manager: Matt S.
I bring over 20 years of hands-on plumbing experience, starting in the trade at 17 and working across both residential and commercial systems. Over time, I’ve developed a strong focus on sewer and drain work, system diagnostics, and delivering long-term solutions.
As the lead operator at Clog Stoppers, I take responsibility for how every job is handled — from identifying the issue to making sure the work is completed properly. My approach is straightforward: diagnose the problem accurately, avoid unnecessary work, and fix it right the first time.
I don’t believe in upselling or pressuring customers. I recommend what’s actually needed based on the condition of the system, nothing more.
I regularly work in older homes, brownstones, and multi-unit buildings throughout Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Jersey City, and Hoboken, where experience and attention to detail matter.
