Your body with ache and your brain will be a little slow after the course completion.The class isn't rocket science and the language used is every day verbage so you aren't constantly decipher lingo that sounds cool. Kenneth is one of the best instructors I've worked with. While I'm not a beginner, I have 10 years of experience under my belt, it's always good to get a second opinion, and the second opinion I had gotten from Ken was beyond helpful. As a competition shooter for 3 years, Ken delivered results that increased my confidence with the tools I use fairly regularly and better-promoted ways of getting more proficient. There are a ton of talented shooters out there and no shortage of good instruction, but Ken is uniquely skilled as an teacher.  He doesn't waste much time and attention on the things that look coolest on Instagram. Instead, he demonstrates where most shooters can gain the most efficiency and consolidates effort there.  He challenges students based on their specific level of proficiency. He encourages you to focus on what you feel as you shoot so that you can return to that feeling when diagnosing and training on your own. He's mindful of the difference in students' understanding and seems to be able to explain any principle in a way that will make sense to the whole class.  Parts of this class were very difficult. I walked away from a few exercises humbled and frustrated that my brain and body didn't feel coordinated. That type of experience is exactly what I was hoping for. I knew that there were ways to improve as a shooter - I just wasn't sure what to improve and how exactly to pursue that improvement. I may not be able to nail some of those principles yet, but I know exactly how I'll spend my next few cases of ammo in training.  I couldn't be happier with the experience. It was my first two-day course and man it was nothing but some of the best information combined all together from Ken's years of experience.
